We had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace and would like to thank the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Riadh, who was exceptionally kind throughout our stay. His warm hospitality truly made a difference, and at the end of our holiday, he even gave us some lovely gifts to remember our stay, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The animation team did an amazing job every day, always doing their best to keep guests entertained with activities and a great atmosphere. The waitresses and waiters were also outstanding, constantly making sure everything was perfect and always looking after us with great professionalism and kindness. I would also like to thank the kitchen team and all the staff working behind the scenes. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and high-quality meals every day. Their hard work and dedication played a big part in making our holiday so enjoyable. I would also like to mention the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job not only in our room but throughout the entire hotel. Everything was always spotless and well maintained. The lifeguards were very helpful as well, always assisting guests with umbrellas and sunbeds and making sure everyone was comfortable around the pool and beach areas.Thank you Zidan and Amin. The spa team was wonderful too. The ladies at the spa provided excellent service and helped us enjoy a very relaxing experience. If I could suggest a few improvements, the first would be regarding the water provided in the rooms. For a 5-star hotel, I expected complimentary bottled water to be replenished daily. As someone who drinks a lot of water, having to regularly refill bottles from the filtered tap water stations was a little inconvenient. Another area that could be improved is the gym. The fitness facilities were quite limited, with only a small number of machines available, and unfortunately some of them were not working during our stay. I think the hotel could benefit from investing more in the gym area. It would be even better if the gym were located in a more open space or somewhere with a beautiful view, as this would create a more motivating and enjoyable environment for guests who like to work out during their holidays. Overall, this was an excellent holiday experience. The outstanding staff, beautiful facilities, and great atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future . P.S The location is perfect, just 5 min walking from airport .

“Amazing hotel”

Took my partner for his bday for a few nights. Travel alot and have never had the service we had here anywhere else. They couldn’t do anymore for you. Every member of staff was amazing. The hotel stunning and food was delightful. Can’t fault this place. We will be back we had the best time

Check in: Upon arrival, the hotel immediately gives a 5-star “wow” factor. Check-in was smooth, quick, and efficient, and we were welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. Room: We stayed in Room 358, a family room. Personally, I think all family rooms should include a bath, especially for those travelling with young children. Unfortunately, our room had an ongoing issue with ants. We cleared them daily, but they continued to reappear throughout our stay. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, there was ample wardrobe space, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. A special mention goes to our room cleaner, who did an excellent job throughout our stay. Food: Breakfast was disappointing and not particularly child-friendly. There were limited options for children, although on a few occasions chicken nuggets and fish fingers were available during evening buffet. Lunch and dinner our server was Nacuer he was excellent, the food was much better quality and variety than breakfast. Pool Snack Bar: The pool snack bar was a great addition, serving popcorn, waffles, chips, ice cream, and candy floss throughout the day. Drinks: There was a good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. However, it would have been more convenient to have a physical drinks menu available at the bar rather than relying solely on scanning a QR code. Spa: I intended to book a treatment at the spa, but there were no staff members present when I visited. As a result, I didn’t return to make a booking. Pool Area: The pool feels quite cold when you first get in, although you soon get used to it. There were plenty of sun loungers available at all times, which was a positive. Overall experience: While the hotel has some excellent features and hardworking staff, I personally wouldn’t rate it as a true 5-star experience. The main reason is the limited food choice and variety, particularly for children. My daughter is a fussy eater, but even as someone who isn’t particularly picky, I found the food options quite restricted, with a lot of sea food options. A small improvement would be to install clocks around the pool areas, as there wasn’t a single visible clock outside, which would be useful for guests. I also felt that some staff members, particularly within the animation team and housekeeping, were quite persistent in asking guests to leave 5* reviews. Overall, despite some positives we had a lovely holiday, but the limited food variety means I would be unlikely to return.
