We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Our swim-up room with a sea view was absolutely stunning and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up each morning to the beautiful view and having direct access to the pool made the experience feel extra special. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. The only downside for us was the bed, which we found quite firm and uncomfortable, although we appreciate that mattress preference is very personal. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, approachable, and happy to help. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, including Momo, who worked incredibly hard to create a fun atmosphere throughout the day. They encouraged guests to join activities without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. Whether you wanted to get involved or simply relax, there was never any pressure. The beach area was beautiful, with soft sand, clear sea water, and plenty of sunbeds available at all times of the day. We never struggled to find somewhere to sit, which made for a stress-free experience. There was also a lovely gentleman with a camel called Ali Baba who regularly visited the beach. Although he is not connected to the hotel, he was very friendly, respectful, and approachable with guests, never pressuring anyone who wasn’t interested. The hotel grounds were well-kept and provided a pleasant environment for both relaxing and exploring. It never felt overcrowded or overwhelming. There were a number of cats with kittens around which was adorable to see. Food-wise, there was a wide variety of options available in the main restaurant, catering to different tastes and offering plenty of choice throughout the week. The snack bar was good, with a range of convenient options during the day, and the ice cream bar offered some delicious flavours that were especially welcome in the heat. We also visited one of the hotel’s speciality restaurants and chose the Brazilian restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The selection of meats brought to the table gave us the opportunity to try different cuts and flavours, making for a memorable dining experience. That said, there were a few areas where the food offering could be improved. Not all dishes in the main restaurant were clearly labelled, which made it difficult to identify ingredients. As someone with allergies and intolerances, I found this concerning and feel clearer labelling would greatly improve guest safety and confidence. Unfortunately, on one occasion we were served raw chicken, which was disappointing and understandably made us more cautious when eating meat for the remainder of our stay. We found that some meat dishes were either undercooked or overcooked, which was probably the weakest aspect of the dining experience. Despite these issues, we had a lovely holiday overall. The beautiful beachfront location, fantastic swim-up room, friendly staff, engaging entertainment team, and relaxed atmosphere far outweighed the negatives. With some improvements to food labelling and consistency in food preparation, this hotel could offer an even better experience. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

We have had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our holiday, always happy to help and making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention has to go to MoMo, who was absolutely brilliant! He was always smiling, full of energy, and made a real effort to speak to guests and make everyone feel included. He is a real credit to the hotel and helped make our holiday extra special. The entertainment team were also excellent, and the great entertainer himself kept everyone laughing and engaged throughout the stay. There was always something going on, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere around the resort. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great, the food offered plenty of choice, and the location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We have made some wonderful memories and would happily return in the future!
