Just arrived home after yet another brilliant holiday. All the staff are so welcoming. Great Value for money, the location is very good Mira, and the rest of the entertainment team are brilliant, and make the holiday such fun. Raouf in the restaurant is wonderful, as are the rest of the waiters and chefs. The waiters in the bars are all so lovely too, can not wait to be back in September, counting the days! Dali along with the life guards are great and looked after us brilliantly. The room was as usual, was excellent, with the housekeeping staff, making their creative arrangements. so nice to come back to your room. Overall, amazing, thank you so much, and see you all again soon.

We (me, Husband and our 2 adult kids 23 and 20) had a lovely week last week at this hotel. Here’s my honest review. Think we went still out of season so the hotel wasn’t very busy so always got a sun lounger and restaurant, pool and bar were never busy. There’s renovations going on in half the hotel so that probably helped with the lack of people! The location is fab, nice walk to the marina and Medina and it’s right on the beach, the beach is lovely. The food was fantastic, yes some dishes were cooler but it is an all inclusive catering to lots of people. There was always something different every night Meat chicken and fish, fresh salad and plenty of vegetables and fruit. Starter options too lots of prawns and muscles which we loved. My only gripe is the labelling is not accurate at all. Our daughter has a dairy allergy but after we explained to the Maitre D Lotfi who was so lovely, would take our daughter and discuss ingredients with the chef, they even made her fresh bread and puddings with no milk and also got her some soya milk. Our server at the restaurant Ahmed was brilliant always had our table ready with flowers and our favourite drink! Thank you for going the extra mile. We found the staff a real pleasure, a real asset to the hotel, always so nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired but clean enough. One thing I would point out is that air con is not available until 1st June if I’d have known this I probably wouldn’t have booked. We slept with the doors open so got eaten alive! The hairdryer is next to useless so bring your own if you have long hair. Glad I saw a review about the pillows and took my own, son didn’t and regretted that choice! They are like lumps of tennis balls! The entertainment team were great, shout out to Souzy who was full of life and fun, Mira for allowing us to play Archery and Aziz for the darts and water aerobics. Lots of activities you can take part in or not. The drinks were pretty standard for all inclusive, local spirits - cocktails generally pre-made mixes which were just ok. They did run out of vodka twice though! Pool bar was a bonus, shout out to Ahammed and Hassine for always serving us with a smile. All in all had a lovely time, probably wouldn’t go back as the world is a big place and we never go to the same place twice. But good value for money.

We visited the first week in April. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great week. Some helpful tips for the hotel and travelers below: GENERAL NOTES The hotel is going through renovation so there are bits of the hotel not open yet and areas being worked on. We were lucky because the fine-dining restaurant and the spa had just opened while we visited, however the bbq snack bar was closed. The hotel is 15-20 minutes walk up to the marina where there are shops and restaurants. In May, most of these weren’t open but I envision it being a lively area during the busy season. Hotel felt safe for two female travelers. THINGS WE LOVED *Location* the resort is right on the beach and the pool area is adjacent so you can bounce back and forth *Oliver restaurant* the fine dining restaurant is not to be missed; the food quality was impeccable and the service was fantastic *Service* the staff make this hotel shine. Shout out to Aziz and Souzy on the entertainment team (especially Aziz’s yoga skills), Hamza, Wajdi, and Mahmoudi in the restaurant for greeting us with a smile each day, and Afif in the gym for giving us 1-on-1 personal training the entire week! The staff are so friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them during the week. *Pools* we loved the pools especially the indoor pool which is nice and heated SOME SUGGESTIONS *Buffet* the buffet has a fantastic range of options, but there are quite a lot of repeats especially if you have a long stay. The Tunisian night was incredible. Biggest critique on the buffet is the food doesn’t stay warm, which was a shame and the food labels could be slightly better. *Rooms* Our room was dated and there were a few issues. The AC wasn’t working so we had to have the terrace door open which kept letting in mosquitos. At one point the fridge was leaking and the window in the bathroom was broken so wouldn’t closed. The beds are also slightly hard and the pillows are a bit old. There was a slight issue with our booking so we think we got out in an older room which is a shame but I am hopeful that these rooms are getting updated soon. We appreciated the drying rack on the terrace and used this daily for towels and swimming costumes. *Drinks* we weren’t excited about the cocktails - felt very watered down so we stuck to wine the entire week which was fine but only one choice of each type of wine [red, white, or rose] *Gym* needs AC and some renovations, half the buttons on the treadmill don’t work.
