Hotel Ambrosia

“Gorgeous place, nice facilities - Will return next year.”

Perfect location, coastal area away from all the noise. Stunning reception and a clean and large beach. Also comfortable sunbeds, especially compared to others I’ve used before in different hotels.

I’ve just returned from a week in the Ambrosia and cannot recommend this hotel enough. We arrived late at night. Reception were helpful and our bags were taken to our room for us. The room was wonderfully clean with an amazing view over the pool and beach (room 104). It was a little small for three of us sharing, but manageable. The facilities at the hotel are great. Never had an issue getting a sunbed, and towels and pillows are provided on the sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast is great. Lots of choice and a chef to make you fresh eggs and omelettes at your request. The staff are helpful and accommodating and allowed us a late check out at no extra cost. Special shout out for Eugene, Jacob and Suleman in the beach front bar/restaurant. They were friendly, attentive and respectful, especially to my mum who is in her 80s. They really looked after us. My only niggle, and it is minor, is that housekeeping left us two towels instead of three so I had to find them to ask for more on a number of occasions during the week. That said, the room was cleaned daily and was always immaculate. And I wouldn’t even knock half a point off for the towel issue when the rest of the stay was so good. Definitely worth a visit.

“Amazing”

I had such a beautiful experience here at ambrosia all the staff were amazing especially Suleyman. They really took care of me as I was on my own and the service was really good. They are all so friendly and welcoming

Arrival was appalling.1am.practally no conversation just key pass man took us to our rooms.left with no info on breakfast hotel ect.room was lovely and clean opened the curtains to a 20inwide veranda no furniture then again it would of had to of been from a dolls house.avoid rooms 244 and 241. Asked to move in morning which the did with hesitation .rooms 216 and 217.nice patio shame my view was overlooking the bin yards and the staff room under just tarpoline the noise was all the time staff coming staff going up to 3am in a morning.then 7am day shift most on mopeds.the maid was excellent.clean towels and water everyday.beach bar staff excellent had meals there everyday great food and service.reception staff useless if you spoke English rude too.we stayed in reception 4hrs waiting to go to airport not onc did they make conversation offer us a drink or say goodbye when taxi came.yet had full blown conversations with other language speaking quest.there was a Turkish wedding on the beach lawn which erupted into a man having a bottle smashed over his head and a girl being hit so hard by a man he knocked her out.watched from my granddaughters room til 3am she was traumatised I'm 72yrs old and the whole experience us both to have no sleep at all until we flew back home 2days later.i have been to bitez each yr for 20yrs never had I been treated like Iv changed from Spain to turkey has many have I will been in bitez soon but maybe not to the ambrosia.
