A truly wonderful thermal hotel! The rooms are spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the thermal pools are clean and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!

“Nice thermal pool”

Hotel 30 minute walk from shops. Nice relaxed thermal indoor and outdoor pools open until midnight. Free use of bathrobes. Average buffet. Reasonable nights sleep.

This is a big hotel and looks the part from outside. The lobby looked the part on first glance except on getting further in, the main area and grand staircase were inexplicably taped off with red and white tape. I think they had (unsuccessfully) tried to clean the carpets as it was all open in the morning with the stains being very visible again. In a land of carpets the hotels here seem to specialise in having bad carpets😂 I would point out that this was early October, not the “summer season”. The room was a decent size, decent shower, bit of a view from the balcony. As our tour had fallen short on a couple of previous occasions our tour guide had specifically pre-warned the hotel to ensure we got a double bed, the hotel use the opportunity to allocate a large suites of rooms to a single traveler and other couples. Common Sense - zero. Rooms get a lot of noise particularly from neighbours doors. It sounds like they are coming in through your door it’s so close and loud. The food was pretty much the same as every other hotel where we have eaten evening meals on this tour of Turkey but a buffet style always carries the same problems even if the food is good quality (cools quickly, dries out and needs constant refilling etc). They were, however, quick to clear plates although we weren’t offered a drink. On later inspection the drinks prices appeared more reasonable here. The pool facilities looked great. The indoor pool was beautiful but they asked my partner to leave as they were closing it. Nobody used it whilst we were there. The outside pools were good but it’s a bit weird walking past diners on the terrace. The Hammam and Sauna were off when we arrived at about 7pm and the Steam room was inoperative anyway. The layout downstairs is a bit odd with no signs for Male & Female changing, dim or no lighting including the gym (although that could be because they close it all so early). When operative I would say these facilities looked very good. Sadly after a long day, we didn’t get to use them. Breakfast was not great. I am not certain that we got full benefit of their offering as we were leaving stupidly early and they opened for our breakfast at 5.30am. However, that said there is no excuse for the potato wedges already being lukewarm! There was very little hot/warm food. The only eggs were hot or cold hard boiled eggs. There were no cold meats and no cakes/pastries. Very little fruit. Again I can’t say this was Poor rated but Average seems reasonable.
