This was the 3rd time staying at Ada Newday. The hotel has had lots of updates and refurbishment since I stayed the 1st time (when Ayma). New owners are doing a great job. Great communication from booking hotel to arriving. Lovely warm welcome on arrival at the car park/entrance, to welcome at Reception. Lovely large sea view room, with double bed and single bed, with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Great view from balcony. 2 chairs and table, good space. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Huge mirror and good counter top space too. Room had dressing table/desk with mirror, all a good size. Very comfortable room overall. Restaurant lovely with many tables inside, plus tables on the terrace. Great choice for breakfast and dinner. Definitely not go hungry as lots to choose from of hot and cold dishes. Lovely swimming pool, great amount of sunbeds, and umbrella, if needed. Very pleasant surroundings. Good music played. Good drinks service at reasonable prices, along with bar snacks/meals. Pool towels available each day, with towel card from reception. Hotel spa, below reception/pool area. Good massage service. 2 lifts to rooms, quick and easy. Overall hotel looks good. I understand they'll do some more refurbishments somewhere. Fantastic views from the top roof floor [hopefully one day they might put a restaurant/bar up there, it'd be incredible] Views over ladies beach/sea, from some rooms. Pool view from others. Great location of hotel, by ladies beach, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and of course, the beach. Quick dolmus ride into kusadasi centre, or port or marina. Dolmus stop just opposite hotel. Staff are lovely at this hotel. Friendly, helpful and happy to serve and make stay enjoyable. I'm booking again for this year. Looking forward to seeing more updates and refurbishment. 2th time coming to pasa Ada Newday hotel..this wont be our last time either. We feel very comfortable and well looked after here. A well run hotel with many lovely staff members. 2th time coming to pasa Ada Newday hotel..this wont be our last time either. We feel very comfortable and well looked after here. A well run hotel with many lovely staff members. A smaller hotel that’s not o rely busy that’s close to everything you could ever need. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty storage space for all the shopping you can’t help but buy too. The food is awesome as well, with plenty of choice for any palate

The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, with housekeeping maintaining a good standard throughout our stay. Food and drinks were available each day, but everything had to be charged to your room rather than being paid for at the time, which wasn’t particularly convenient. We were also informed… more

The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, with housekeeping maintaining a good standard throughout our stay. Food and drinks were available each day, but everything had to be charged to your room rather than being paid for at the time, which wasn’t particularly convenient. We were also informed that complimentary bottled water would be provided in the room each day, but this didn’t happen during our stay, which was disappointing. One of the biggest frustrations was being told by management that we were not allowed to bring bottled water or other drinks purchased from local shops into the hotel. We found this policy unnecessarily restrictive, particularly given that the promised daily water was not provided. I also lost a key card and was informed there would be a €10 replacement charge at the end of our stay. While I understand there may be a replacement cost, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly explained at check-in. The staff were polite, but communication was often difficult due to limited English, which made resolving simple queries more challenging. Overall, while the rooms were kept clean, the lack of the advertised daily water, restrictive hotel policies, and communication difficulties meant the experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
