“Holiday”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remarkable hotel. Layla c/o the lobby bar looked after us to an exceptionally high standard. Her English was excellent and she always remembered our favourite tipple. Always such a wonderful end to our day.

Nice relaxing stay in hotel for a week and staff are very nice and friendly especially the lovely young girl that served us our drinks Leyla, fluent English speaker with good sense of humour.

“Lovely resort”
This is a fantastic resort. The outdoor pool is enormous. Their food was amazing. The rooms were very clean and were a decent size. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great trip. I would highly recommend”
We had a fabulous time at Charisma hotel and were waited on by Laila, who had fabulous english and made the experience truly wonderful. She was with us every night and made the trip well worth our while. Hope to back again soon.

“Leyland at Charisma de Luxe hotel.”
Last night in Kusadasi, such a wonderful holiday. Staff so lovely. Especially Leyla, at the Lobby bar. She has a wonderful smile, friendly, so helpful. Her aptitude in speaking English was especially helpful as I do not speak any Turkish. All in all would recommend this Hotel.
