“Best trip”
Charisma is 3th visit and its all because of the staff. But the i want to specially mention Humeyra and filiz for their kindess and helps. They looked after us so well. Which made our holiday. Foods is nice here so delicious and many optioneel Staff is so friendly. Lady who cool egg in the breakfast is so kind. Guest service humeyra is so helpful . Also Hayati, Hakki , Veli and Erdem. We Will come back on september. We feel home Here

“Avoid the spa”
I give this hotel a 5 star but the spa has gone down hill. They allow kids in the spa and the indoor pool for relaxing had kids getting swimming lessons. The men’s locker room had kids.
