“Enjoyable stay”

We got a late deal for this hotel which was our first time visiting Turkey. On arrival we were told to head straight to lunch then check in afterwards. There was a good choice of food. It did get quite repetitive during the week. Drinks were self service. Our room did have a sewerage smell on arrival but seemed to clear! Room was nice, fridge, safe, Aircon and lovely bathroom. The resort was well kept, access to the beach which was nice. During our stay we had Oktoberfest which was absolutely brilliant. Live music, games and huge outside display of food. We liked the outside drinking area but the inside lacked atmosphere and apartment from the reception bar there was no other indoor bar. The weather wasn't the best during our stay so outside snacks not always available. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

“Nice stay”

I stayed here with a tour group. The room was nice, quite large, quiet, clean and comfortable. but the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. I stayed here with a tour group. The room was nice, quite large, quiet, clean and comfortable. but the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. I kept the bathroom door closed so it didn't spread to the room, and that was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The included buffet was amazing, so much to choose from. All types of food, and there were different offerings each day, with food being cooked hot and fresh at several food stations. I had a couple of cocktails at the bar near reception, but otherwise stuck to wine. The bar staff in the dining room and upstairs bar were usually very busy and didn't look like they had time to make cocktails so I didn't ask. Nice grounds, a variety of rooms available and a choice of pools, including a quiet pool. There is a local bus stop just across the road, regular buses (mini buses) and inexpensive that take you into the town. You might have to stand and hang on tight, but travelling with the locals is half the fun! Lots of families.

We were a family of 4 with age range from 15yrs to 72 years. Stayed at the Omer Prime Holiday Resort for 1 week in October 2025. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was lovely. Only downside was, it was upstairs. 2 of us had mobility issues so it was a struggle getting up them. I had notified our travel company a few weeks prior to travelling for ground level but there was nothing more suitable . Food was good n plenty of choice. There was something for everyone. Entertainment was "Jesse". Day and night. If it wasn't for him there would have been none. He's a great guy n really connects with everyone. All the staff work really hard and are all pleasant. They put on a Halloween Show the night before we left and they were all absolutely amazing with the hall fully decorated as well. Would have liked to have seen a little Entertainment come in at least one night in the week from elsewhere but maybe it was too near their end osmf season. Big shout out to "Jack " who comes round the hotel to recommend you try the Hong Kong restaurant. You get picked up from the hotel and brought back. Nice wee change for night out from the hotel. Again amazing staff and the food was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend you give it a try. They also cook Indian and European cuisine. Prices are roughly the same as home but the best we have ever had. Although out of our week there we only had 2 days if sunshine n rain the rest of the week but we still had a wonderful time. Massages n Turkish bath in the Spa were so good my family went 3 times in the week. Will definitely go back as there are still so much to see around the area. Especially to see Jesse n Cheeky Jack.

“Not great….”

We arrived 2 weeks before the end of the season and boy did we know it. Travelled with Jet2 Holidays on a package in a 2 bed 2 bath room in block 1. This place is on the main road through Kusadasi. We arrived 2 weeks before the end of the season and boy did we know it. Travelled with Jet2 Holidays on a package in a 2 bed 2 bath room in block 1. This place is on the main road through Kusadasi. Right on the road. So it’s loud even near the silent adults only pool. Issues all reported and not fixed included: Floors were filthy in the room and hadn’t seen a mop for the whole season. Bathroom window broken so traffic noise all night long. Room set for 4 not 5. Single duvet for a king sized bed. Place advertises 4 à la carte restaurants. They don’t have 4 they have themes that rotate using the same space - at least outside of July/August. I tried to book first day and had one choice and one date. The guest relations woman will gaslight you, don’t believe a word she says. No shows/entertainment on the week we were there, I suspect it’s cause a wedding scuppered plans. Kids disco and other stuff run by Jesse and the team are great - but it should be remembered they are a 3rd party company not employees of the hotel. Food was the worst we’d had in all inclusive across the world. Breakfast particularly woeful with not soft fruit, poor cereal selection and terrible pastries etc. No toaster and just one toastie machine to share. Evening meals is all self service including drinks. Not a holiday - worse than a school canteen. Pools etc are nice but the slides are closed between 12 and 2 and from 4 which is weird. Lifeguards are useless Spa very good. Cheap bus to town. All issues and feedback raised with Jet2 rep who was clearly working for the hotel not the customer.
