We stayed at the Palm Hotel Kuşadası for two weeks at the end of May and had another fantastic holiday. This was our fifth stay here, which says it all, and we'll definitely be returning again later this year. The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn't be more helpful. They always go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, making you feel very welcome throughout your stay. The hotel has lovely views and is in an excellent location, just 100 metres from the sea and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the local amenities. The breakfast offers everything you need to start the day. One tip for Irish guests—if you enjoy a proper cup of Irish tea, bring your own teabags! The swimming pool is another highlight, especially for older guests, as it has steps leading into the water, making it much easier and safer to access than pools with ladders. We always enjoy our time at the Palm Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-located hotel with excellent service. Robert and Martina

I can highly recommend this hotel for family's couples or solo travellers, the room we recieved was absolutely perfect with one of the best views I have ever had. It is right overlooking the beachfront with a different cruise ship to see coming and going every day. All the pubs and restaurants are right outside and walking distance either way to the left or right. The staff cannot do enough for you and even bring everyone around the pool free fresh fruit during the day. Also the breakfast comes included and they cook fresh eggs anyway you like with fresh made crepes and Nutella honey etc. We will definitely come back. Also I will add its a very safe hotel for myself and the little ones to wander around.

My self and family recently stayed at the palm hotel for two weeks. Hotel is great location and has beautiful views of kusadasi. The hotel overall is brilliant and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had family room for 2 adults and 2 children a room for kids and a room for mam and dad which was perfect. Overall room was great just the decor needs to be updated and either new carpets as not cleaned very well. There was breakfast included in our package which had load options each day from omelettes to pancakes fruit etc. Would highly recommend can't wait to return next year. 😀

“Felt more like a hostel than a hotel”

I was very disappointed when I got to this hotel first of all we got into the 2 person lift and it was pitch dark no lights they replaced them on the 5th day of our holiday then when we got to our floor directions were on a piece of paper cellotaped to the door and door numbers were photocopied pieces of paper I felt like I was in a hostel Rooms were clean but need updating we were in a room 3 single beds for couple and a child the we put 2 beds together but they kept splitting the room I was in was 203 and it’s only fit for 2 people we were on top of each other the wardrobe opened right onto the bed if anyone sat on the stool to dry their hair no one could get pass each bed had 1 pillow no top sheet only thin white blanket which were old and hard the socket was right next to my pillow ,the mini bar was 3 little cartons of water ,the outside area was nice I counted 21 beds beside the pool we got beds but if hotel was full there would be problems pool opens from 11am-6pm we didn’t have our breakfast so can’t comment staff were nice especially the cleaning ladies who changed towels everyday my son stayed in room 501 it was the nicest room in the hotel on the 5th floor with great views this is the room they use for their photos online the location but I think no more than 2 people per room
