She was always friendly, welcoming, and full of energy, and she made the activities and evenings even more enjoyable. Her positivity really stood out and helped create such a fun atmosphere throughout our holiday. The hotel itself was excellent as well. The food was varied, fresh, and very enjoyable, with plenty of choices each day. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Thank you to Hanna and the whole hotel team for a lovely experience—we would happily return

Thanks for a great week at your lovely hotel from start to finish. every member of the staff was so welcoming with a nice smile.nothing too much trouble.we had a lovely room spacious, everything you needed ,great walk in rainfall shower.balcony with a sea view comfy bed . the pool areas were great for all ages with no problems getting a sunbed . highly recommend a trip to the beach using the free bus service the burgers and chips freshly cooked just for you. The animation team were all welcoming and very friendly especially Mario,Alex and Hannah. they were not pushy regarding activities I was just nice to watch. a special shout out to Derya in the lobby bar,who was so attentive just knowing when you need a top up. also thanks to The two jet 2 reps Burak and Burak junior. burak junior made my trip to the clinic for my toothache a breeze making it Very easy to sort out with the doctor translating for me arranging a taxi etc. All the restaurants and snacks bars were filled to the brim with food something for everyone. we enjoyed our free a la carte meal Friday night highly recommend. overall a great week's Holiday

Went in june Two adults, no kids. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING BREAK. I love kids they weren't even too loud but constant upbeat music was full on all day long. Then when animation team started it was overwhelming.. at one point I was standing at the (over 16's pool) which was not over 16s kids were everywhere!. There was different music playing from all directions in the complex. the restaurant, the main stage and the games room at the back of restaurant where all playing different music..it was awful. Play music from one area only.. all the areas are too close together to do otherwise. ROOMS: Rooms are lovely with plenty of space and the cleaners were superb. The door frames to the rooms are all hollow metal with heavy doors all you can hear is doors banging, that went on till all hours of the night and started again at 6am onwards I had to wear earphones to block them out. You can hear furniture being dragged around the rooms and its loud again from early hours of the morning. We originally booked a superior twin with sea view. The seaview rooms are over where the animation team operate from also (the over 16 s pool which is not over 16s). I nearly jumped in my room everytime the animation team shouted over the microphones. It felt like they were in the room with us it was that loud. Also the main stage is in front of your Seaview and the loud pool and entertainment on main stage is every night. We got moved to the side room facing out onto the road with a mountain view. I could still hear the animation but it was manageable. The noise and busyness of the pool /stage takes away completely from Seaview. STAFF staff were lovely and happy to help. They were very accommodating helping us. Thank you ! COCKTAILS: these were not Cocktails they were spirits with juice in them. Also after 12 mid night you will be charged for any drinks you get your all inclusive stops at 12 midnight. My friend got charged €15 euro for a cocktail.. crazy price for Turkey and a way below average cocktail. ALL INCLUSIVE Cocktails were a let down and charging mad prices after 12pm even for soft drinks. There is no food available from 5pm to 7pm daily so make sure ya grab a bite before 5 if your hungry. Beach bar food was the same every day, not freshly served but in a buffet style. Food was mostly teped. But there was plenty and constantly replenished. HOTEL SPA was amazing! If you book a treatment at the start of your holiday you can access the spa everyday if you wish... the ambience inside was beautiful. Steam, salt, sauna rooms. Special shout out to to CHU CHU for her Hamam treatment and massage it was beautiful... NOT A BEACH HOTEL the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach every hour. It's a short distance but the hotel is not on the beach. The beach is very stoney so bring water shoes. And the all inclusive on the beach is very poor. Served from two tired looking metal cabins. Just beer and soft drinks and usual chips and nuggets...the area is peaceful and the sea was beautiful. We only went once. KUSADASI : So handy to get to the bus stops directly outside. 1 euro each way..
