I had a very good room, with a large fridge and tea-making facilities, except no milk i had to drink it black. Lovely restaurant with some nice food.Too cold to use the swimminmg pool.

Having booked this resort and looked at the reviews, I was so apprehensive. I have an allergy to cats and was picturing them roaming all over. I'm so glad I ignored the reviews and went ahead - we had a great week at the resort. It is a really big, modern resort and because we went at the start of the season when the weather was changeable, it wasn't as busy as it would be in Summer. The room was lovely and we had a balcony with a sea view overlooking the pool area. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony. The room was really spacious with a stocked mini fridge, hairdryer (not the best) in the bathroom, mini safe, sofa and plenty of storage space. The resort itself as mentioned wasn't operating fully, so for example the A La Carte restaurants weren't open in their usual space due to the weather. There is a spa (which we didn't use), heated indoor pool, patisserie area, big buffet restaurant, and lots of other areas to just sit and chill. We only used the indoor heated pool on one day as my 10 year old preferred the outdoor heated one. The water in the other pools were freezing but didn't seem to bother some of the children! The waterslides were open during the day from 1st April and these were great fun. There is an outdoor snack area serving burgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks during the day. The food was plentiful and there were lots of choices at each meal sitting - salads, cheeses, breads, soups, grilled fish/meat, desserts etc. We ate once at the Turkish restaurant and it was delicious and SO much food! The hotel is about a 20-30 (depending on your pace) into Centrum past the Marina area. We did this a couple of times and went to the Old Town Bazaar for shopping. We also utilised the local buses (Dolmus) to get back from Centrum to the hotel and to go into Selcuk and Sirince. These were super easy and the drivers are really helpful in telling you where to get on/off. There are cats around the pool area during the day but actually if you ignore them they don't come near you. They may just walk under the sunlounger. There were people petting/feeding them but we kept our distance! We did not see any cats jumping onto tables in the restaurant as per previous reviews. Again, they sometimes wander in but then walk out. We were both grossed out seeing a cat in the restaurant area on the first day but we didn't really see anymore again. I think they should be shooed out by staff but didn't see this happen either. At the outdoor snack area there are cats hanging around by the tables whilst you eat which is quite offputting but if you don't feed them they hopefully go elsewhere. You can also just take your snack plate elsewhere away from them. All in all, we had a super stay at the resort. The weather was not the best but we made the most of the sunny days. There was limited daytime (bingo, darts) and daily evening entertainment. The Circus Night was the most bizarre thing I've seen in a while the the music quiz was great. The entertainment team and guest relation ladies are lovely. The front reception staff don't seem to have that same warmth. Our room was cleaned regularly and towels stocked up - the pool area was cleaned each night and the workers work really hard to keep the hotel spotless. Noise level in our room was ok but the door are quite noisy when people are coming back to/leaving their room. We were on a package with Jet2 and was good value for me and my son. There was a games room which was available with 2 pool tables, a PS5 console, air hockey and some arcade games. I do feel that it was overpriced as was 10Euros for 1 hour of pool. There were also added extras like a candyfloss/popcorn cart which you had to pay extra for. It was our first visit to Turkey, but we would definitely go back. The locals are welcoming and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our recent stay at the Ramada Kusadasi had a mix of positive moments and some very significant issues that unfortunately impacted our overall experience During our stay, we experienced issues with discoloured water coming from the hot water taps. This was reported more than once, and although we were assured it would be addressed promptly, it was not resolved in a timely manner, which was both frustrating and concerning. During one visit, a maintenance worker attended but ended up draining all our hot water, leaving us unable to shower that evening. The discoloured water issue itself was never properly resolved, and in combination with the ongoing lack of room towels, the customer relations manager Ari ultimately moved us to a more suitable room and listened to our concerns, something we commend him for. We also encountered repeated problems with the availability of towels throughout our stay. Despite multiple phone calls and visits to reception, there was little effective response or resolution. We raised the issue several times and asked what would be done to properly address it, but the situation continued. On multiple occasions, we were left waiting for hours, only to still not receive the correct number of towels. As a family of five, we required five towels daily, yet this basic request was consistently not met towels were taken away but not replaced so we were back to the start. We were often provided with fewer towels than needed, sometimes only two, which made what should be a simple aspect of the stay unnecessarily inconvenient and highly frustrating, after the room move it was rectified but again after Ari intervened. Another aspect of the stay that became increasingly difficult was the number of cats around the hotel with the smell of cat urine coming from the gardens. While we are cat lovers and appreciate that this is common in the area, the volume of cats in dining spaces was overwhelming. We often found ourselves having to shoo them away from our table while eating, which became tiring and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. A better balance is needed to ensure guests can enjoy their meals comfortably without feeling overrun. Another challenging aspect of our stay was the presence of a large football tournament group at the hotel, made up of many many children. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted the atmosphere in shared spaces. The dining hall in particular often felt chaotic and overcrowded, making mealtimes quite stressful rather than enjoyable. In the evenings, communal areas became very noisy and resembled a school playground, with little apparent consideration for other paying guests trying to relax. While we understand the hotel may host groups, better management and separation would greatly improve the experience for other visitors. That said, there were some highlights during our stay. The entertainment team were welcoming, friendly, and made a genuine effort to engage with us. In particular, Spider stood out as the face of the daily competitions, bringing great energy and enthusiasm and a genuine young man. Coco and Emir worked brilliantly together as a comedy duo, and another animation staff member Winra consistently engaged with us and took a personal interest in ensuring we were enjoying ourselves. Additionally, the pool barmen Ramazan deserves special recognition. He is quite possibly the hardest working individual we have had the pleasure of encountering, maintaining a high level of service despite being clearly very busy.Please remember some small change for tips it means a lot. While the entertainment team and certain staff members made a positive impression, the recurring issues with basic room services and the lack of timely response to reported problems were disappointing and need significant improvement.
