Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome, we arrived very late at night and the hotel was very booked up we were told and we were given a room at the back of the hotel which I must say wasn’t anything like we had paid for although the staff were very helpful when we raised a concern that we were not happy with the room and within less than 8 hours we were moved to the main front of the hotel, the room was clean and tidy and spacious, lovely view from the balcony and the basic amenities you would need for a holiday. The surrounding area is beautiful and all the locals are very polite and friendly. The reception is manned 24/7 and they are always happy to help. The onsite reps are helpful and not pushy and are always chatty and have a smile on their faces. The bar staff were always polite and happy to help and were always clearing tables etc. The food we felt was good never ate out and there was always a good selection and a large selection, my daughter is a fussy eater but she was always happy which said a lot, the staff work so very hard in the restaurant and cannot fault. Bar snacks and lollies offered in the afternoon, always plenty of food offered never went hungry. The entertainment was limited although we expected this when booking as it did state no entertainment but there was always music and a pleasant atmosphere and a nice seating area. The bar across the road is loud although never bothered us from sleeping and we did visit there a couple of nights which we all enjoyed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Omg, where do I start, the pictures must of been taken when the hotel was built, it certainly doesn’t look like that. Omg, where do I start, the pictures must of been taken when the hotel was built, it certainly doesn’t look like that. The all inclusive, they kept running out of spirits, it was virtually every day, the food was also poor, no real quality just cheap and low quality. The rooms were comfortable but way below what I was expecting, cupboard doors not fitting, shelving hanging off the wall. They could do with some major investment to update it to a reasonable standard, would never come back here again.
