We recently stayed at Hotel Casa De Maris and had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Sam, the photographer — he was absolutely brilliant. The photos came out beautifully, and as a couple who can be a bit camera shy, he made us feel completely at ease. He was so friendly and professional, and the photo packages are really well priced with great options, including digital prints, albums, key rings, and slabs. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, ideal for visiting both Marmaris and İçmeler. The staff throughout our stay were incredible — always attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. We went all inclusive, and it truly had everything you could need, including a 24-hour room service bar. The rooms were spotless, and the mini fridge being restocked daily was a really nice touch. We also visited the spa during our stay, and the service there was excellent — definitely worth a visit. Overall, we would highly recommend Casa De Maris and would absolutely return!

I recently had the most incredible stay at Casa De Maris Hotel and honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and friendliness that I immediately felt at home. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my entire stay. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really made the experience special. Emin, selahattin,Dogan and mehmet and Febiall made it special A huge shoutout to the entertainment team as well—they were truly outstanding! They brought so much energy and fun every day and night, creating a brilliant atmosphere for everyone. Whether it was games, shows, or just getting guests involved, they made sure there was never a dull moment. John Ethan September and Eddie The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities and a relaxing vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Another incredible trip to Casa De Maris Hotel! We’ve loved our previous visits so much that this time we stayed for two weeks—and it did not disappoint. The rooms are always spotless, and the housekeeping team are so friendly, always taking the time to say hello. The food continues to be a real highlight. There is always so much variety, and the snack bar has had some great improvements this year, replacing some of the less popular options. The buffet never disappoints, and breakfast is especially amazing—fresh omelettes, poached eggs and eggy bread cooked right in front of you. The restaurant and bar staff are absolutely incredible. They work tirelessly all day and genuinely can’t do enough for you. A special mention to Emin and Enes, who always make sure you have a table, drinks brought over and that you’re well looked after. Selahatin is also fantastic across both the restaurant and bar—always attentive and welcoming. Around the pool and beach, the service is just as impressive. Staff are constantly making sure guests are comfortable and have sun loungers. After the storms during our stay, the team had the pool cleaned and back in use immediately, and even repaired the jetty overnight—before most guests had even woken up. That level of care really stands out. It’s also been lovely this year to interact more with the managers and owners—it adds a really personal touch to the whole experience. The on-site facilities are excellent. I treated myself to a wash and blow dry at the hairdresser, which was a lovely experience. The jewellers are always welcoming, and on our last day we purchased some jewellery—such attentive service. The spa is a must-do; we have a Turkish bath every visit and always return for additional treatments as the team are so good. The showroom shop is also great for a browse, and they even offer a free transfer to a shop in Icmeler if you’d like to go. There have been a few small changes this year—bottled Efes is no longer available (understandably for health and safety reasons around the pool), and taller latte glasses weren’t available at the start of our stay. However, after speaking with the managers, taller glasses were introduced, which was appreciated. Toiletries are now wall-mounted rather than bottled, but still good quality and very convenient. The biggest and best change this year is the entertainment team. John, September, Ethan and Eddie are absolutely outstanding—the best entertainment team we’ve seen at any hotel. Even during the cooler first week, when the weather wasn’t great, evening entertainment was moved into the inside bar—and it was packed every single night. Now it’s outside, and it’s still incredibly busy, even with the cooler April evenings. What really stands out is how the team approach things like bingo, raffle tickets and trips to Bar Street. They are always happy to offer and explain what’s on, but there is absolutely no pressure at all to buy tickets or take part—it completely feels like your choice. If anything, they just go with what the guests want, which makes such a difference to the atmosphere. When we did go to Bar Street with the team, we felt so safe and well looked after—it ended up being one of the best nights of the holiday. Daytime activities like morning stretch, darts, cocktail games and water polo are always a hit too. The highlight of the entire holiday was the drag show created and performed by the entertainment team themselves. The pool area was packed—it was hilarious, interactive and genuinely unforgettable. We’ve been quoting “Joanna” ever since, and it became a running joke with other guests too. A solid 10/10. While the big shows are great, it’s this level of interaction that really builds the sense of community in such a friendly hotel. This was our third visit, and we’d said we should try somewhere new next time—but after this stay, we’re already looking forward to booking again.
