All I got to say is that I had the best ever time at the Cost Mate suite, the hotel is nice all the staff are fantastic. I've been to Turkey 7times before but this trip was my Best, I will defo be coming back to this Hotel. I wanna say a big thanks goes out to Serap she's a very nice sweet wonderful woman and hospitality, she made sure I had great time in Turkey.

“A Vacation Worth Remembering”

Design of the hotel: stylish and modern with very clean territory and cosy ambience. Location: the district where local people live. There are several supermarkets and shops in the close proximity. Design of the hotel: stylish and modern with very clean territory and cosy ambience. Location: the district where local people live. There are several supermarkets and shops in the close proximity. Beach: 5 min transfer or by walking. I prefer the last option, going along authentic Marmaris streets. The beach is regularly cleaned, the umbrellas and deckchairs are for free. The sea is marvellous, there's no smoke in the air. Room: spacious enough, well-furnished and well-equipped. The cleaning is every day and is done thoroughly. Food: buffet in accordance with all health requirements. The dishes are varied and delicious. Very special thanks for the desserts. Beauty/sport workout: there's spa, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness center, massage sessions and a lot of other services which I haven't tried. Entertainment: adults as well as children can find something for their interests on the territory of the hotel. The music is pleasant with a good range of compositions. The last but not least, the staff is the very reason why I'd like to come back here again! The cordiality and hospitality of this friendly team, especially in such not easy times, is impressive! I'd like to say special thanks to the following people (I hope I spell your names correctly): Mesut (Mr. Marmaris), whose positivity and tireless energy are overwhelming! One look at him is enough to feel that everything is alright and under control. Serap, for her professionalism, kindness and patience in teaching me some Turkish phrases :) Nürcan, for her willingness to help in any situation (Believe me, I've asked her many times :) Ozi, for talking me into trying the Turkish bath with a special set of additional services. Nehir, for having so much fun and pleasure! The chef and the kitchen staff (unfortunately, I don't know your names) - ellerinize sağlık! “On site Jeweller saved us. but the hotel was not 4 star.”

the onsite jeweller helped me avoid a mistake with another jeweler, and did me a great deal on a set. Ask him about the 'sultanate stones' sold in turkey before buying any to avoid the same mistake. Real zultanite is mined, but not sold in turkey. i would give him 5 stars. but the hotel, wasn't a 4 star hotel. we had a lovely reception, the drop off, is on a busy main road. room was clean, and the shower was lovely. the name has been changed to costa mare suites, so its not cosmopolitan. but we were in room 1111. and apparently any room can call any other room and after being woken up at odd hours of the early morning, we called reception to complain, and was told they cant tell who was calling, and they couldn't stop it. our room also overlooked the entertainment pool, where they had the music very loud up until 11pm, our doors facing the pool, had no soundproofing whatsoever. not even double glazed. we had an excursion booked for 5:30am, and had no chance at an early night. the entertainment was aimed at children, despite it being school time for kids in the uk, and there was not nearly enough staff around to control them, or more appropriately, make there parents control them. the food was good. basic Turkish food. nothing special, but tended to be the same most nights, on a rotating selection of recipes. the onsite barber, and Turkish bath/ spa were excellent. we did hire a car, but the 'onsite parking' described for the hotel, was a dirt parking lot, you had to drive along part of a pavement to get to. the mattress was very thick, but very firm. if, like me, you prefer a firm mattress, this was comftable. even my husband, who prefers a soft mattress, was able to sleep well, but it could be too firm for some people. it really is a personal preference. the water only tended to get hot certain times of the day, and often, we could only get it up to luke warm. ok for how hot it is over there, but not being able to get hot water on demand, is not what i would expect from anything but a hostel. the hotel is all inclusive, but at the bar, you have a choice between gin, vodka, wine and beer. none of which im keen on and they only offered a selection of 4 cocktails between 4-and 7. for some reason, they refused to mix anything outside these times. totally bizzar. i would absolutely expect more selection in a 4 star all inclusive hotel. generally the housekeeping staff, and the bar staff were very nice, and helpful, and the reception staff were lovely, they cant be personally blamed for how the hotel works, or its understaffing. was adequate, but don't think i would visit again.
