Just back from 2 amazing weeks staying at the Cettia apartments again having stayed here last year. This place is amazing and mostly down to all the staff most were still there from last year. Soon as wee arrived we were met with a friendly face we knew Yasin who remembered me straight away got us checked in quick and took our bags to our room. We had requested room 408 and were told this was occupied for a few more days then we could move in which we did. Then when we got to the pool were greeted by Nial ❤️ what a guy he is works hard all day always makes sure you have your sunloungers in the morning and your umbrella and would stop for a chat and a carry on! Then once at the pool the bar staff always round to get you drinks as soon as they are empty! Huge shout out to Bulent big handsome devil who would get me my morning ice coffee and beer all day and Eren who throughout the holiday would make sure we were well looked after and take kids for ice creams etc thanks lads truly appreciated. Also Engin worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was happy during there stay again an absolute credit to the hotel. There were new entertainment team this year with Adam ooooooohh and panda . Had big shoes to fill from coco and Bee who were loved by all and part the reason we booked to come back. I had a great laugh with Adam and panda enjoying the darts and all the games and I heard some complaints from people but I also think that sometimes the guests wouldn’t get involved in the games and that makes there job harder. There was a dip in that side of the holiday from last year as there was a lot more aimed at the kids Bee would take kids up to the small kids area and draw and play games that was missing no kids club at all as such. The days they changed it up and done beer pong and the hoop throwing was better although last year after the games kids would get an ice cream again this was missing. Small things but they make a difference. The evening entertainment well was dead most nites and I think the problem is that the same acts every week and same from last year and there are people that return year after year and they don’t want 2 stay and watch the same acts every week as every other year so think the hotel should look at this as last year it was busy most nites. Also great to see some returning guests from last year which helps make this place so good after a few days everyone talks to everyone. Overall a amazing holiday again and we will defo be returning in the future next year I doubt but definitely will return! Thanks again to all the amazing staff from Andy , Sarah, Thea and Roman xxx

Another great holiday - looked after from start to finish. When you walk in on your first day - holiday vibe and chill time starts straight away… fantastic food, hotel clean and rooms have it all. Great staff and friendly faces from years gone by, after all that the care and friendship from Pool Manager Nail makes the holiday great, looks after everyone and never stops all day… he looks after everyone and great character who likes to catch up and make sure your holiday is great.

“Gr8 family holiday”

Had a fantastic holiday here , excellent food at pool bar , staff very friendly,Nial the pool attendant sorted sun loungers and umbrella every day for us top guy ! Slightly out of town about a ten minute walk to main shop’s / Restaurants.Entertainment team only let down .

We had a fab 10 day holiday at club cettia apartments, our experience was mainly positive with a few minor issues. Great pool, very clean and has a good slide for the kids and adults. Comfortable sunbeds and shade. Wi-Fi available around the pool. Staff were really friendly and chatty. Lots of activities arranged for kids throughout the day. You can also use the pool at grand cettia hotel next door. Food and drinks were great and not expensive. 2 for 1 on draft beer and cocktails 5-7 everyday. Good location however a 20 minute walk to the beach front. Loads of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Negatives are: Towels reserving sunbeds before 7 am. Some guests put towels down and were never seen all day. Hotel need to clamp down on this. Rooms were quite dated and dark, no WiFi in rooms and slamming of doors by other guests was frustrating. AC was free but only one unit in lounge area so bedroom was hot with the door closed. But overall pretty clean. Overall, had a lovely time and would recommend for an inexpensive getaway.
