I'd like to say from when we were greeted by Kadir @ the front desk our time was great. They do practice service to a high degree which is rare these days. “Fab hotel”
The hotel is lovely, bedrooms clean, entertainment staff very attentive and friendly Tonny and Jimmy always interacting with everyone. Have given 5 stars however will knock half off for food choices maybe I'm just fussy would definitely comeback.

The staff are all so friendly the animation team jimmy and tonny are great fun rooms where cleaned every day and food was delicious and was different every day could not fault this hotel at all and the location is great too
