Just back from 2 weeks at this amazing hotel, our 3rd time here. Mesut is a fantastic manager at the restaurant, he always makes everyone feel so welcome. Gurkan is a very pleasant, attentive waiter. Sultan in the upstairs bar takes great care of all your drink orders. Joey and Selin provide such fun entertainment. The music quiz was our favourite along with the morning darts. Jan the bellboy is a credit to the hotel, he’s thoughtful and caring. The salon is also worth a visit. Anil does a fab blow dry. The staff definitely make this such a great place to stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

“Great hotel, central to everything ❤️”

We arrived about 2 am and reception was lovely. Got to our room and water and salad rolls were there in the fridge. The room is very modern bed was so comfortable. We arrived about 2 am and reception was lovely. Got to our room and water and salad rolls were there in the fridge. The room is very modern bed was so comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and our view was the roadside which was noisy. There was a kettle and tea , coffee but cups were small. Food was plenty and lots of variety’s of choices. I love seafood but there was none 😢 Overall we stayed 7 nights and it was a very clean modern hotel and all the staff was lovely, and had a smile on their faces. We were very central to the place and lots to do lots of food places, pubs and beach like 5 minutes away. Every thing is in euros or pounds. Always haggle. There is also a hairdressers and jewellery shop by the restaurant, as you go to the pool . You are given towel card that you hand in and they give u a free towel. You can give your towel in before 4.30 and you get the card back, and the next day you give card back in and you get a free towel. The larger is effs didn’t try it stuck to vodka. Cocktails were ok. The WiFi was great in my room or by pool. I didn’t pay for any extras. My room was cleaned every day. I felt the hotel was mostly for couples or older families as there is not a lot for kids only a pool. We weren’t leaving till 6 in the evening but we had to leave our room at 12.00 but left our bags in the foyer and just relaxed by pool till time to go home. I will go back to this hotel it was a lovely stay thank you

Second time at Lalila Blue Suites – still love it… but will I ever emotionally recover from BBQ chicken night Make yourself a cuppa because this is the real story. Not the glossy brochure version. The proper version with the good bits, the funny bits, the slightly chaotic buffet moments and the life lessons I learned standing in a queue for BBQ chicken like it was a limited-edition handbag release. If you don’t want to read the whole review, then the hints and tips should be enough. Hints and tips: Bring an extension lead with USB ports If you put your towels on shower floor they will be replaced, if you hang them up it will be correctly assumed you are ok with keeping them another day Bring an insulated water bottle Be at dinner at 7pm sharp. Head out to the pool area (snack bar) 1st and then inside. BBQ is first come, first served and disappears quickly Ask for pool-side rooms if you want quiet and roadside for people watching You can order cocktails to your sunbed from Doors The cheese room is free, try the smoked cheese but don’t expect a full-on cheese and pickle experience You will get pool towel cards from reception Consider an eSIM as Wi-Fi can be hit and miss – It is free for people who booked via TUI Sunbeds next to the restaurant for sun in the morning and the opposite side for the afternoon sun The beach is a couple of minutes away. Come out of the hotel turn right and right again walk straight forward and it’s the beach shared with Blue Bay Diamond. There is no bar etc so take your own in your insulated bottle. Expect to pay for a few extras like WiFi / safe / TV — completely normal in Turkey, if you want it be prepared to pay for it It’s watered down beer and cocktails are alcohol and flavoured syrup but that’s the same for every all inclusive unless you find a hotel with ultra all inclusive and you pay the ultra prices The food if your there for 2 weeks is repetitive so if your there for 2 weeks you now know that you can get something you like twice or pick different options The spa is great if you haggle for prices (don’t accept the 1st price offered), they will straddle you on the bed and get knots out you didn’t know you had. If you don’t want that, tell them. The hotel is not set up for kids and therefor it’s best suited to adults or couples who want a relaxed, sociable vibe rather than full-on entertainment. There are shops everywhere, walk away from the main strip for better deals. The marina and bazzar, if you turn right and keep walking you will get there or when you get to the beach take a left and keep walking Get a Chase bank account and card, it doesn’t charge for using abroad but just double check the amount on the machine before paying as we had a couple of dodgy attempts outside the hotel We’ve just come back from our second stay at Lalila Blue Suites, and going back twice basically means we know its quirks and have decided we like it anyway. So yes, we’re clearly fans. We arrived at about 5:30am after travelling since the previous morning and by that point I was surviving on fumes and blind hope. Check-in was quick and efficient, but the man on reception had the enthusiasm of someone who had been woken up against his will. It was very much passport, sign, come back tomorrow for towels, off you go. In fairness, if he’d come at me clapping about adventure I might have cried, but there is definitely a middle ground. There were sandwiches, juice boxes and water in the room which was a nice touch, but sleep was the priority so they were completely ignored. Once we had slept, the hotel reminded us why we came back. Bright, open, airy, clean and just easy to be in. The room was spotless and modern, with a shower that could remove stress and possibly a layer of skin. Fresh water was topped up daily, the air con worked properly, and housekeeping were excellent throughout. Breakfast was genuinely great. I heard someone complain there “wasn’t enough eggs” and I’m still confused by that. There were 3-minute eggs, 5-minute eggs, fried, scrambled, poached, eggy bread and made-to-order omelettes. I don’t even eat eggs and I felt overwhelmed. If there were any more options, a chicken would have appeared and started taking orders. There was also loads of everything else, including a toastie station, and yes… broccoli made an appearance one morning. Bold choice, but given someone next to me was eating chips at 8am, no judgement from anyone. Lunch and dinner were the only areas not quite as good as last year. There is loads of food and you will not go hungry, but the meat wasn’t as tender and there was a lot more chicken and turkey with less variety overall and it was a treat when it was warm and not lukewarm. Now we need to talk about BBQ chicken. I went down at what I thought was a perfectly reasonable time — about 7:30pm. I joined the queue, watched it getting closer, believed in the process… and then the person two in front of me got the last piece. The chef looked at me, I looked at him, and I was told there was no more outside and to go inside. Was there food inside? Yes. Was there BBQ chicken? No. And that matters more than it should. Here’s the rule: when it’s gone, it’s gone. No second batch, no comeback. Same thing happened with the lamb kebab later in the week. I saw it, I wanted it, I did not get it. So if you take one thing from this review — get to dinner for 7pm and move like you mean it. Snack bar was a bit hit and miss. It opened when it felt like it, refilled when it remembered, and the burgers went from great to structurally sound the longer they sat there. The cheese room is worth a mention. Yes it exists, yes it’s free, and yes I loved the smoked cheese. But don’t expect a full cheese board experience — it’s more “same cheese, different shapes”. Fresh fruit is there in the evenings too which is a nice touch. Drinks are exactly what you expect from all-inclusive. Cocktails are alcohol, flavoured syrup and sunshine. Nothing fancy, but absolutely fine. If you’re polite, staff will make you something different. It's also watered down beer but on a plus side you can fill your boots and still enjoy the day. Speaking of staff — they are what make this place. They work hard, they’re friendly, and they remember you. Standouts for me were: Mesut – restaurant legend Ersan – à la carte star; funny, helpful, warm, remembered us and what we laughed about Pool bar girl – always smiling, remembered drinks Seline – friendly, remembers names, no pressure Delniya – customer relations, the person to go to if you need anything sorted The Doors à la carte was mixed. Ersan was brilliant and made the experience enjoyable. The manager unfortunately did the opposite. Came across aggressive, turned simple questions into an interrogation and made us feel like a problem. He was honestly horrible. Last year we loved it and returned for a birthday meal, but we left, went elsewhere and spent our money there instead. The pool area is small, but that actually makes it sociable. You chat to people, have a laugh and it adds to the holiday. Week one was relaxed, week two the towel brigade arrived, but we still managed fine. The area is kept spotless constantly. The spa was excellent. Treatments are Balinese style so expect elbows, pressure and them being on the bed. I loved it, but if it’s not for you just say. Overall, Lalila Blue Suites isn’t perfect, but it’s clean, friendly, well located, good value and full of staff who genuinely make the experience. We came back for a second time and I’d happily go again. And finally, you’re on holiday at an all-inclusive in the sun. Relax, laugh, chat to people and enjoy it. If something annoys you, have a quiet word with customer relations and move on. Because honestly, if you spend your holiday moaning, the only person you’re ruining it for is yourself.
