• Good location: close to the beach, on a street with routes to the city center and towards Turunç. The hotel grounds are small for a 5-star – I would say tiny. But everything you need is there. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, comfortable lobby. • The hotel has been renovated; everything is modern and stylishly designed – a pleasure to be in. • Really loved the restaurant, the buffet! Tasty and diverse dishes. There are a fish dishes every day. Desserts were also quite good – we especially liked the cheesecake and the San Sebastian cake. Pleasant music plays in the restaurant, sometimes live – they invite musicians. The waiters are friendly and serve drinks. Didn't like the wine: local and cheap, tastes of alcohol. • The lobby bar was nice – I recommend the tasty signature cocktails. • Liked the à la carte restaurant at the hotel, went there once. The same tasty dishes as at the buffet, but with restaurant-style presentation and atmosphere. • The rooms were quite fresh after renovation. Some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing significant. Room cleaning and towel change every day – thank you, it was clean! • Didn't like the reception staff's work. Opposite one side of the hotel, below the Seren Sari hotel, is The Ledbury steakhouse. A very noisy place. On the first night after check-in, noise, music, shouts, and whistling continued until 1–2 AM. It's very hard to fall asleep in such an atmosphere. The next day we went to reception and complained. They told us they would contact the cafe to keep the noise down and said they could offer us a room change tomorrow. But tomorrow never came – the noise continued at night. We went to reception for three days, like going to work, to complain. They never changed our room, each time promising to do it tomorrow. In the last two days, the problem was somehow resolved – I don't know if the police were called or not (local laws allow noise until midnight) – but it became relatively quiet. • Another downside to keep in mind: paid Wi-Fi! Free only in the lobby.

“Beautiful”

Absolutely impeccable place staff amazing especially the manager of food and drink wow what a guy definitely should manage a whole hotel as his energy and service was 10/10 definitely no complaints with these guys would definitely recommend for couples

All staff were excellent especially mesut from the restaurant area, did all inclusive for 10 Days, plenty of food, enjoyed banter with bar staff swapping English language for Turkish language so can now speak a little Turkish (basics) the hotel has a beach which is only a short walk, took my brothe… more

All staff were excellent especially mesut from the restaurant area, did all inclusive for 10 Days, plenty of food, enjoyed banter with bar staff swapping English language for Turkish language so can now speak a little Turkish (basics) the hotel has a beach which is only a short walk, took my brother who was deaf and they were brilliant with him, mesut especially, if your in a room facing the main road, the music is very loud until approx 1am every day .

This was a beautiful hotel. It appeared very high quality. The bars and other communal areas are always being cleaned. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mesut from the restaurant was very welcoming and really looked after everyone. The rooms were adequate although some coathooks on the wall would be useful. Avoid having a room near the lift entrances as quite noisy late at night with loud guests returning to their rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.
