Fantastic location, beautiful facilities, warm and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. In particular the guest relations, a big thank you to çağdaş,(Sienna), a real credit to the hotel, so hardworking, friendly and helpful. Great food, really good choices of drinks. Rooms beautiful and clean. Liked it so much we’re coming back next week.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a pool and beachside holiday. We loved our recently refurbished loft room. However the balcony was very very tiny. After looking at another room with a larger balcony but a little more dated we decided to stay put. As a small aside they wanted more money from us for a cheaper room. This wasn’t why we didn’t change and we didn’t question the reasoning so can’t explain why. The cleaner came daily and created us perfect towel arrangements and replenished any bathroom or tea/coffee products we had used. The AC was very poor functioning and it was quite hot in the night. Due to the fact we were in a loft room the ceiling was too low for fans. If you like to be cool just be aware. The food was a mixed bag. Salads and fruit freshly prepared for all meals. However most of the hot dishes were tepid rather than hot. Most mealtimes we noted that not many made to order fresh fish or meat dishes were prepared ( in front of you if requested), as you would normally expect at a Buffett service style. Flavouring and seasoning were also lacking although there were many condiments available to add to the meals. The bar service was very good and had many premium drinks. The size of the drink really depended on who was serving you The pool is the same depth all around. 1.7m There is a chair lift available for people with less mobility. However the only way in was by ladder style steps, which are not always the easiest for less abled. The biggest annoyance for us was the 11/12 hours of music in the grounds and around the pool. It was like a constant “rave” nightclub you didn’t want to be at. There was no where to escape it. We did ask customers services if it was necessary all day and on a loop. The clientele at the time were not of an age really for “pool” parties. We told our feedback would be passed on. The music didn’t stop so clearly it’s part of the set up at Marti La Perla Not sure it we would return.

Considering they were hosting an event and full the staff were excellent. The room we had on the 3rd floor was a bit in need of refurbishment- the aircon was noisy and didn't seem to do actually do anything, the shower valve was stuck so only the fixed overhead shower worked not the one on the flex… more

Considering they were hosting an event and full the staff were excellent. The room we had on the 3rd floor was a bit in need of refurbishment- the aircon was noisy and didn't seem to do actually do anything, the shower valve was stuck so only the fixed overhead shower worked not the one on the flexible pipe. We weren't there to watch TV but the only English channel was Bloomberg news. There certainly is some noise from late night revelry. But it was clean, frequent towel and bedding changes and the staff were very helpful and friendly, and no hesitation about returning next year.
