Honestly I don't get the bad reviews me and my wife stayed for 8 nights from 06/07/26 - 13/07/26 What I will say is this is ideal for couples or a lads or girls holiday definitely not for families though. “Shakey start but loved our time there”

I had a wonderful time at the point beach hotel. The staff were amazing. Marina who ran out the reception was amazing. Always a smile and a hug. Stay for longer messed up my stay. “Lovely hotel”
Hotel location is great food yummy on the beach staff friendly specially receiption staff Maria and Yammy also gen Manager Mr Rifat is nice person trying to solve if any problem always doing effort to look better hotel. Only cleaning staff need some more attention on their work as cleaning not good
