Dont listen to bad reviews, that's probably a minority of ppl. The hotel staff and entertainment staff were so pleasant, they made the atmosphere feel very comfortable and were accommodating. Food was OK. Pools and room were clean. Don't be put off with any negative reviews, we really liked this hotel. Rooms are small, not much storage space. Maid came daily but only really to make the beds. Didn't clean the sink or bathroom.
