I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to thank every member of staff for making my visit so enjoyable. From reception to housekeeping, the restaurant team, and all the staff I encountered throughout my stay, everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The level of customer service was exceptional, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Every member of the team contributed to creating a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. You made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and hospitality.

Absolutely brilliant holiday, first time to Turkey first time to marmaris and wasn't disappointed ,the hotel is situated right on the beachfront so only a jump from pool to sea lol, the reception ppl were nice and so were all the staff ,the young ones that work in the bar and restaurant are lovely and can't fo enough for you The rooms are a decent size ,there was 3 women in ours with one double bed and one single ,they were comfortable and the bathroom is a good size ,you get complimentary things in the room eg slipper, cotton buds ,sewing kit ,shoe horn, loofer, nail file and a few other thing which I found to be a nice compliment,we were in room 234 and on a night you can here batman bar at side up to about 12.30 ish then goes quieter The food was brilliant we only ate out twice, once at roxy show bar and one when we went for a Indian ,the toaster was broken so no toast for a week ,hope its mended in September when we go back

A brilliant hotel, in the most wonderful location right opposite it's own private beach area with sun loungers. The pool is excellent and very refreshing when it's a very hot day. The atmosphere is very chilled here, with vibrant entertainment and games during the day and evening, I was particularly partial to taking part in the bean bag game. The entertainment team, ensure you have lots of fun if you want to partake, of course you don't have to and you can sun yourself on a lounger undisturbed and relaxing. The room me and my wife stayed in was more akin to an apartment with it's own lounge area, and was very clean, the housekeeping staff are very good and keep this hotel spotless, the bed was always made to perfection. The staff are absolutely helpful in everyway, in fact unfortunately I had only one suitcase, otherwise they'd have been coming back to England with me. Noise, well it's Marmaris, that is all I can say, noise at night can be loud, because of the Batman Bar next door, you expect this in such a vibrant resort. Next door is an Aqua-Park, useful if you have children with you. The food is good, and the dinning room staff are very attentive, your tables are kept clean, no lingering plates when you finish, no rush either, you eat and relax, enjoying your meal. I like the small bottles of water provided for you to help yourself if you need water. The reception staff are great, nothing is too much for them, they help in whatever way they can. It's the little details I like with this hotel. Well worth the cost and it's great value.
