We arrived around 10.30pm and quickly checked in. We had a good choice of rolls, cakes and drinks from the 24 hour ‘Grab and Go’ area in reception. Our room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable and huge, and we had a wonderful sea view from the room, and loved the large balcony. Our room was serviced daily, done very well, and there was always bottled water for us if we wanted to make our own tea or coffee. The food throughout our stay was exceptional . Always plenty of choice and beautifully presented. I have a bell pepper allergy and at check in, was given an allergy card to show in the restaurant - this worked really well and I was looked after. Special thanks to Chef Volkan Ayten, who cooked me fresh fish most days, without bell peppers. Always delicious and beautifully presented. The BLUEf!t team work very hard with lots of activity options throughout the day. Never any pressure to join in but a warm welcome when you do - how do they remember all our names?!!!!! Special thanks to Zee and Mustafa for everything we did with them. Also to the Aquafit teacher - never two sessions the same and I knew I had worked hard after them. Evening entertainment was overall good, it’s early in the season so a few tweaks needed which the team are aware of. My only request - some hooks in the pool showers so you can put your towel/clothes on them on your last day after your final shower, if you haven’t booked your room for later than the noon checkout. Of course, the floor gets very wet and it’s very difficult trying to get dry and keep everything else dry. Thank you to everyone for a memorable 40th wedding anniversary holiday.

This was my 4th time at this excellent hotel. We were welcomed warmly and were quickly settled in our huge room. The cleanliness of this hotel is brilliant. Every single member of staff, some of whom have been there for years, are smiling,cheerful and polite. They will all go out of their way to be of assistance. The restaurant serves a good selection of hot and cold meals. You're able to watch many dishes being cooked for you. The gardens are well kept and the beach raked and tidied each day. I simply cant wait to go back as for me, this hotel is paradise!

This was not the first time I stayed at the is hotel. I knew that true quality of service and facilities were excellent. Food was outstanding and entertainment, saunas pools etc were all brilliant. The levante restaurant is stand out and the very customer was hugely impressed with the level of service and surroundings. People were claiming that they’d pay to eat there again if returning next year. The cleanliness and attention to detail are amazing. In particular are cleaner Nigel was very accommodating and left reh room immaculate. The hotel has a nice feel and rooms are in keeping with the tui blue design. As it was only the second week of the year the hotel was fine tuning for the season but this was not a problem. Many staff knew returning customers and the general feel was relaxed. Many customers did not leave the hotel which is a compliment to treatment service and the feel of the place. The staff are also very impressive including in particular tui guide Muhammad who was new but so friendly and asset to the hotel, helpful and intelligent. Z and mustapha who ran the entertainment were hugely inclusive with positive attitude energy and incredible memories for names- which made the holiday makers feel very valuable. In the restaurant bayrum who was always polite. Special mentions at the bar to vedat and barus who excel at what they do. The snack bar was outstanding as were the staff and divan in the pool bar. I was also very impressed with the girls on reception- very professional and helpful and of course tui rep Maxine who always had time for people. Apologies if anyone has been missed, Hopefully they keep her at this establishment- she is certainly a good fit. The staff are the real reason for writing the review- as appreciation and acknowledgement on the positive impact that they had on the people that we talked to who echoed what we felt, In conclusion a great hotel, outstanding features and suitable for all ages. Children are allowed but the hotel doesn’t really appear focused on them and it may be better when booking for to consider an alternate if you have a younger family.

“Not for people with allergies to cats 🤧”

This hotel is not very good for people it's more for cats the cats use the hotel as a toilet and go all over the we are allergic to cats and nobody tells me there's a lot cats at this hotel we a lot of allergic reaction to them
