Just returned from a great 5 nights at Club Tuana. As a family, we found it fantastic. We had a standard family room, and it was fine, I don't go on holiday to spend time in the hotel room! It was clean and quiet, the only negative is the AC unit is quite old, but it works 100% - just a little drippy and some ice build up. The hotel grounds are lush and lovely, and best of all, full of cats and kittens! This was a highlight for us all as we love cats and spent lots of time feeding them and playing. It's a big resort to get around, so you'll get your steps in for sure. The gym was excellent, very well equipped for serious training, and I love it. The food was good - very typical of most all-inclusives, with varying themes throughout the week. We only tried one 'theme' restaurant as it's a waste of time with a 5-year-old who only wants plain pasta. You can safely eat the salad and fruit - everyone was filling up on it and didn't hear of anyone getting ill. There is bottled water available all day and night - you just grab what you want. The pools were good, a decent size and never too busy, with plenty of toilets and bars around. In typical AI style, it's hard to get a lounger - most people are up at 6.30am to grab one. I'm not about that life on holiday, so we paid for private cabanas and pavilions. The cheap ones are £50 a day and well worth the price to be tucked away and have lots of space, shade and privacy. We even spunked for a deluxe beach cabana, which was £130 for our anniversary, and it was perfect. All the staff were smiley and welcoming - no complaints except for being asked about the Spa 1-2x a day. That gets annoying, but it's the same on every AI we've ever been to, so I expect it. The evening entertainment was top-notch. The shows are really great, and they put in a lot of effort - full gymnastics, acrobatics, aerial hoop, dancing, singing. Some of it was just incredible to watch. We never bother with resort entertainment as it's usually crap - but we went to every show at Tuana. Now the negatives - the beach and sea aren't great. It's a pebble beach and open sea, so it's not that fun to be on. But most of Dalaman is like this, so you can't blame the hotel for nature. It is exceptionally clean though, and the water was still nice, if a little choppy when the peak winds kick in at the hottest part of the day. We would definitely go back again.

We have just checked out of this amazing hotel after spending a week here as a family of three.  Was this the perfect holiday....yes it was just about perfect in every way! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds which are well kept and the hotel itself is absolutely spotless.  The pier is an absolute bonus, the views out over the ocean are spectacular. It really made our holiday. The food....where do I start...so much variety and everything is of a high standard. The main buffet restaurant is fabulous but omg the onsite restaurants are out of this world...the food is second to none! We had the most amazing experience at the Seafood  Restaurant...we were sat right at the front corner and were able to watch the sun setting over the mountains which was such a beautiful thing to see. You can book all four using the club tuana app foc included as part of your holiday to get the best experience (there is a limit of the age of children so just make sure you check that before booking and make sure you do this as soon as you can to make sure you get in). The entertainment team were excellent and the pool scene is buzzing with everyone having fun. The kids club is fabulous according to the friends we made and there is a lovely shopping mall onsite. The evening shows are brilliant...so professional and fun and we had such good time at the White Party!  The only couple of niggles are that you must be up early to get a sunbed around the pool (before 6am but this is due to it being busy in peak season) but there are plenty of loungers in the gardens and on the beach too after that and also the bedding isn't soft it's scratchy but you can ask for a softer sheet if this bothers you.  All in all this was right up there as one of the best family holidays we have ever had. The staff were all so friendly and hard working and we will definitely return to this fabulous place at some point. Thank you Club Tuana for a brilliant holiday experience!
