Without a doubt the best holiday EVER! We arrived late at night as a family of 6 in 2 separate rooms. During our booking we requested a low level room that were close together as our children (4 & 6) would be in separate rooms. This was followed up also in an email with the hotel prior to arrival. Check in was quick and our cases were taken to our rooms by a staff member. Upon entering our room (in the 6th block level 4) it was apparent that the 'low floor request' and rooms close to our family (block 7 level 3) wasn't fulfilled. We were also given a room with just 2 single beds (even thought there was 3 of us in each room) I went straight back to reception to complain where a lovely gentleman said that if I come to reception the following morning they will sort this request and move us to a more suitable room. We stayed the 1 night in the room and went to reception the following morning. I dealt with the manager at this point who immediately sorted this issue for us and for the inconvenience we were moved to the same block a few rooms away from each other - An UPGRADED room absolutely free of charge!! WOW! The rooms 7120 & 7125 were the 2 bedroom family rooms at ground floor level - Perfect for my 2 little ones! The rooms were amazing, very spacious, clean, and the most comfortable beds and pillows. I had the best night sleep here! The rooms overlooked the snack/bar area which was great to hop over the balcony to grab a morning coffee to take back to the room!! There was also 2 minibars which was stocked with Water and soft drinks. The hotel itself is incredible - plenty to eat and drink 24 hours a day!!!!! The staff are amazing and will do anything to make sure your stay is as you want it! My children LOVED the kids club and took a shine to Mary in the entertainment team who was absolutely amazing with them. The childrens pool area in a sun trap between 10.30am - 4.30pm and we never struggled to get 6 beds for us while we stayed here. And from what we seen of the main pool, there was plenty of beds available. The food here is just fantastic, although we were a little disappointed with the breakfast options as we couldn't get a full english lol - but other than that we couldn't complain about the food. The a la carte dining is a must - We tried the turkish night and Italian - Delicious. If you want the asian option you need to make reservations early as this one seems to fill up fast. The snack bar is also amazing - you will never go hungry while staying at this hotel. Drinks are great - and yes 24 hours!!!! Evening entertainment for the children is great, although not really catered for british in my opinion! There was always evening entertainment or a show which passed the nights away. Overall we had the best holiday here at LaBlanche and are already looking to book again for next year!!!

Stayed here for a week at the end of April, would have to say it was the best holiday we have had, it even has it's own private beach. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you, a special mention for Abdurrahman who was very helpful and always available to have a quick chat. We would highly recommend this resort, in fact we enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year!!!

Just returned, 2 adults with two children aged 14 and 8. Check in Arrived around 5pm. Check in was very quick and simple. Man behind the desk was friendly, he pointed us in the direction of food but unfortunately they had stopped serving food at 5pm and the restaurant didn’t open until 7pm. We were all hungry after a long day travelling so this was a bit frustrating but may have been hanger more than anything! We expected some info in the room or at reception with regard to timings of all inclusive etc but there was nothing, no signs around either. They appeared a couple of days before we went home! I think it’s because we were there early in the season. Room Room was nice, basic but very spacious. Clean other than the floor which looked clean but very quickly turned white socks black. Balcony was a bit small but we didn’t use it much anyway. Beds were really comfy with a firm mattress, thin quilt and nice pillows. Fridge didn’t work, we didn’t really need it anyway so never mentioned to reception. Air con was good especially in the separate bedroom. Shower was fine and WiFi worked everywhere but we did have to log in everytime we wanted to use it. Pool Huge and cold! Plenty sun loungers but towards the end of our holiday as it got busier it was more difficult to get 4 together. Lots of people reserving sun beds and not using them. Entertainment was a mini game at 12 followed by the dance, something else in the afternoon would be nice. They may do this at busier times of year. Beach The beach was lovely but we preferred the pool. Sea was lovely and warm. Food My forte! We enjoyed breakfast. Pancakes & chocolate sauce were a hit with the kids! Pastries were good. Toast and breads, gozleme was nice. We didn’t really bother with the eggs as it was always busy around there. Lunch we had from the snack bar. Burgers, crispy chicken, pizza, wraps, meatballs, curry, spaghetti all really good. Waffles were the best thing ever!! Great selection of ice creams. Evening buffet could be hit and miss but there was always pesto pasta, spaghetti bolognese, chips, plain rice and salad etc for the fussier eaters. Lots signed up as “meat” with no indication of what type of meat, put me off a little as I don’t eat lamb. Vegetables were really nice. Desserts look nicer than they taste but didn’t stop me eating them every night!! Ice cream available every night in the main restaurant. We didn’t book any of the extra restaurants. Bars Lobby bar was busy, sports bar was better for us. We don’t really drink alcohol but Cem made us the cocktails without the alcohol (he did seem quite surprised to be asked haha!) Staff Mainly friendly, they don’t speak as good English as in busier places such as marmaris but you can get by. Shoutouts to waffle lady for being so cheerful all the time, Hamza the photographer is one of the nicest people we encountered there, such a lovely man. Alex the photographer was also lovely. Hero from the entertainment team is so happy and friendly. The boat trip man (not James, the other one, we didn’t get his name) was also lovely to chat to. All of these staff members were brilliant helping us when needed. Only problem we had with staff was a dodgy maid on the day before we left. My eldest daughter had put her outfit to one side to travel home in, it disappeared. We never brought it up with reception, presumed I would find it when I packed up to go home but it has completely gone. The same maid emptied our toilet paper bin into the toilet so when we got back the toilet was full of the contents of the bin which we then had to fish back out so as not to cause a blockage!! Overall we loved it! We would definitely go back. We weren’t totally sold on Turgutries which would be the only thing to question us returning. I have been to other parts of Turkey that I preferred. I would love to relocate this hotel in Icmeler!!
