This hotel is amazing.the best experience ever!! From the moment you enter the grand azur,you wont want for anything!! Hot/cold drinks and snacks available in reception and luggage taken to room,which are spacious ,lovely views....known the staff now for many years,especially our lovely sharon,moustaffa,zafar,barium,aisha,just to name but a few ..all so welcoming and friendly and treat you like family!!all the staff work so hard,the entire grounds of the hotel are spotlessly clean,security is very high indeed,food is first class,with plenty of variety.also the entertainment is too a very high standard.the pool is absolutely superb,with activiities,like volleyball,arobics,tennis table,darts,etc.the gardens are well kept,plenty of lovely adorable cats and even turtles,and tennis courts,football court,gym,spas.you name it,its all there for you!!! PURE LUXURY!!! SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT JULY SHARON 2027.XXX

We’ve visited this hotel multiple times and it gets better each time we do. We visit as a family of 4, with two young children. They love the pool, the entertainment and the beach. The small baby pool is now heated which makes a big difference on cooler days or first thing in the morning. The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious, there’s a great choice and something for everyone. It’s all great quality and the desserts are unreal. Staff in every area go above and beyond to make sure all guests are happy and well cared for during their stay. The entertainment of an evening is not your average entertainment, it is of a very high standard and our children would sit mesmerised watching the different acts each evening. We visited the jewellers within the hotel to have some expensive jewellery resized and cleaned, and this was outstanding as everything looked brand new when it was returned. I don’t think I would take my jewellery anywhere else now. The shop within the hotel has also expanded since our previous visit and sells everything, there’s really no need to leave! This hotel gives us the rare opportunity to spend time together as a family, without rushing about here there and everywhere and following timetables. It was fantastic for a recharge and reset. Thank you everybody at Grand Azur, we will see you again next year. Or even this year if we’re incredibly lucky!

I have just returned about spending a week at the hotel with my two teenage daughters. I’d love to rate this hotel a 4.8 - please see our review below:) Staff - all absolutely outstanding. They work so hard, and very long hours, yet nothing is too much trouble. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, thank you. Room - housekeeping were great, room always spotlessly clean. We had an issue when we arrived with the room overlooking the hotel nextdoor which was very loud. This was resolved within 24 hours and we moved to a quieter room. Pool - beautiful and clean, plus no sun bed wars ! Really enjoyed the lazy river … this was a fun addition. A couple of minor suggestions: Entertainment by the pool - this felt a little repetitive although the staff were excellent at running these. Maybe add in a couple of different activities?? Grab n Go - the offering never changed in 7 days. Again, maybe a few different options. Possibly utilised some cakes from the patisserie as they were very delicious. The shop - could the items be labelled to allow customers to know the price upfront. I know this seems like such a small point however I felt bad keeping asking the shop keeper the price of things (although they were lovely and didnt mind!) A clock by the pool area - again, a small point although on three different occasions the life guards were asked the time. Replacement card for the room - no details were asked from me by reception which seemed a little strange and could be a safety risk. The à la carte restaurant- on the last night we ate here. The views were stunning however when we initially got there everything seemed very rushed. Also, my daughter asked for her steak medium/ rare and it came out closer to welldone. She was also very ill later that evening which I’m assuming must have been the food as she hadn’t had anything else to eat. That aside the other food was outstanding. Overall, this is an amazing place and I can see why so many people return. Once again, thank you to all of the staff members for making the holiday feel so special.

Stayed here July 2026 as a family of 4. Overall the hotel is great and does everything well. Transfer good and stops off at various other TUI hotels in Marmaris, took about 2h 30 minutes from Dalaman airport Our family room (159) huge and well appointed, a limited sea view. Beds very comfortable. Can hear Fajr Adhan chants at 05.10 which woke me up during the weekdays. Food was great at the main buffet, Grill & Green and Levante Al La Carte – amazing views up there. All fresh and no tummy upset. All inclusive drinks excellent – Havana Club rum, Efes draft beer and wines. Lovely brandy in bar. There is a fridge near reception that has sparkling and still glass bottled water that is free, also sandwiches and snacks. Really useful Table tennis was fun (2 tables) and tournament at 4pm and billiard table in shopping mall good. Tennis court worn but still fun but too hot. Went to the Old Town and Grand Bazaar via shuttle bus right outside hotel, 550 lira. Around 5 quid. Lots of cheap knock off trainers, shirts. All good quality. Watersports were very expensive and staff there arrogant and unfriendly. £90 for 20 minute jetski, although we haggled price, 2 £160 for 2 jetski, big chair and 2 kayak sessions. Although kayaks were paddle boards, so we didn’t do it. Beach is ok, clean but rocky and hard on feet entering water. Jetty is good for entering water via steps instead. Lovely views and nice breeze Pool is clean and sunlounges comfy. Towels are free. Nice pool side bar. One big pool that has a lazy river. Would recommend this hotel. We had a great stay.
