“Highly recommended”
Very nice hotel, especially for children. They have program for them every day. Thr aquapark is very nice. Special thanks to Suleiman 😊

“Overall good apart from reception staff”
General hotel staff was nice apart from the front desk reception staff were very rude and arrogant with no customer service whatsoever, also the cleaners cleaned my room and an outfit went missing and trying to speak to the reception staff we were greeted with dirty looks and nothing was done about… more

“This place is a hit and miss. I wouldn't stay here again though.”
Rooms in the main hotel are smaller but convenient, you have a lift to come to the food court and swimming pool and of course main entrance (we didnt purchase those rooms) Outside near the main pool area on the right hand side (please see anyone's YouTube clips for the economy and standard rooms) t… more
