Have just come back from a week stay and felt emotional leaving! Staff here are absolutely fantastic with making everyone’s experience so enjoyable. They are friendly and get to know each family, and we’re particularly kind and interactive with our 2 year old son. The evening entertainment was fantastic, reception staff were so helpful, pools clean and food was great. All inclusive drinks were standard but that is to be expected. I would like to thank the hotel also for responding so quickly to our child’s sickness and sorting this for us at early hours in the morning. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach with sun loungers and beach bars, but unfortunately during our time the waves were dangerous so not suitable for swimming. The hotel is near a shopping complex and supermarket and a short walk to a coffee shop. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this for a truly enjoyable family holiday.

We spent a week at the hotel, staying in a family room on the all-inclusive package. Despite booking the all-inclusive package, we were disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the safe in the room. We were also surprised that WiFi in the room came at an additional cost, which is something we would expect to be included in an all-inclusive stay. The family room itself was quite small, with very little space to open and store our luggage comfortably. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the toilets. I reported this to reception on two separate occasions, but the issue was never resolved, and we were not offered an alternative room. The food was very repetitive, with meat stews being served almost every day, and overall it lacked flavour. The highlight was the outdoor BBQ, where the chicken wings and turkey steak were delicious. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I found the drink selection very limited, with few non-alcoholic options available. The coffee was also very poor and came from a self-service coffee machine. I was surprised that Turkish coffee and fruit juices were only available for an additional charge, despite being on the all-inclusive package. Ice cream was only served between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, which resulted in long queues every day. The evening entertainment was also disappointing. It was so poor that even our 5yr old became bored and preferred to go to bed rather than watch the shows. On a positive note, all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard to keep the dining area spotless at all times. The hotel is also in a good location, just a short walk from the beach. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were excellent, the additional charges for basic amenities and drinks, the unresolved room issue, repetitive food, limited drink options, poor coffee, and disappointing entertainment meant our stay did not meet our expectations. I wouldn't return based on this experience.
