Unbeatable value for money. The food is excellent, and you can even grab snacks late at night. The rooms are nice, and housekeeping does a good job. I left a tip, and the service was even better. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and water. We had a small issue with the hot water in the shower around 7:00 PM. As for the drinks, the lobby bar and the restaurant offer something for everyone's taste. I was pleasantly surprised to find premium spirits like Red Label and JB whisky included in the all-inclusive package. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one employee at the beach bar, who washes the terrace with cold water and sometimes splashes guests as well. Some people may find it amusing, while others certainly do not. The beach is only a 4–5 minute walk away. You can take the elevator or the stairs from the pool area, walk about 100 meters, and then use the underpass beneath the road. The beach is quite small, with umbrellas, some of which are placed on a slope. However, the water was clean, and the beach itself is sandy. There are some small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but I didn't need any special water shoes. The water gets deep fairly quickly, but that's typical for most beaches in Alanya. The beach bar is the area that needs the most improvement. Its facilities are no better than a typical 3-star hotel. The drinks available there are limited to beer, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. The food selection is also quite limited. They only serve French fries with hamburgers and make pancakes filled with meat, cheese, or other ingredients. The toilet at the beach bar doesn't look very appealing either. The beach bar definitely needs a wider variety of food and drinks. The hotel also has a doctor on site. We needed medical assistance one day, and we didn't have to pay anything because we had medical insurance with Generali. Overall, considering the price we paid, this was an outstanding deal: €1,550 for an all-inclusive holiday with flights from Romania for two adults and one child. I hope the hotel will improve the beach bar facilities because everything else exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of options every day. The pool area was beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
