I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the clean rooms to the amazing staff. They made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and very friendly staff, good service, great food, cleaning not so good but everything was perfect and we would defenetly recommend this place to everyone.

“It's got lots of repairs needed. Holes in the towel is not exceptional for any star.”
The first room was dirty with holes in the towls. The air conditioning didn't work. Moved from the first floor to the 4th floor and the curtains fell down. The staff where helpful. Are booking was for it's sister hotel the alsan. It was a nightmare and far from all inclusive. The beach is great. T… more
