“It was good”
All workers are so good and smiley face. I want to thank them all, especially to customer service. They all asked us how our day is going. I liked the hotel generally. Foods are good also. I liked the room, the reception welcomed us very friendly.

“I had a good trip.”
Grand Cortez Hotel is a good hotel but there is room for improvement. The hotel is good for families with small children. Including the animation team Mrs. Elif is the best and most welcoming of all, she made the trip twice as good, but the rest of the animation is also good. The staff is very good… more
