We stayed 10 days as a couple and were worried about the stay due to the reviews. There are some good and some bad points to this hotel which I will break down but mostly you do get what you pay for here. Pros. It is clean Staff are friendly. Staff try to help Room is decent size. Nice pool Beach not far Cons Food is repetitive. Bed is rock solid. Music on repeat stupidly loud Doors slam Only one fob key per room Drinks at beach expensive No diet drinks. (But did get on asking) Pool can be over run and can get very loud. WiFi Taxis are cheap enough and buttons all over to press to summon a taxi which is good there is one right outside the hotel. There are scooters that can be found around from three different companies. Nice to keep a breeze in the sun. Watch out for excursions go book on trip advisor or similar we had two reps come to see us one from love holidays who booked our trips but only gave us prices at end and was more expensive than online sites. Then the second was through mts who was rude as we had already booked excursions. No need for this and left a bad taste. Floors are slippery a lot so wet shoes with grips advised. Especially in the lift be careful. All inclusive times aren't really great for what you pay. Drinks start at 10 am and finish at 11 pm. We didn't drink any alcohol and barely had Coke Zero as had to keep asking for it so didn't really get out moneys worth through the all inclusive personally. Biggest issue for me was the loud music and noise especially at night as there doesn't say there is entertainment which is why we chose the hotel but the noise level is so loud it radiates through the hotel room and the same songs seem to be played on a loop over and over again which can be really fraustrating. (I have a brain condition so this may not be an issue for others) Cleanliness. This is very big here. The poolside is cleaned every morning. The dinning area is cleaned as they go by numerous staff The bedrooms. This could probably be improved a bit as although people come round they don't seem to change things like the bedding and towels just sweep the floor and take out the rubbish and top up the toilet roll. Facilities. Fridge in bedroom. Would be nice if there were some drinks in it as it is an all inclusive hotel. You get one bottle of water on arrival. Safe - pay to use we didn't Wi-Fi - pay to use. We paid for a week at 15 euros and this did not work at all. Didn't even pick up any WiFi so was a complete waste of money.
