Everything is great! Rana, the girl who works here, is incredible. But I do have a few (minor) comments. First, please make sure there are enough places throughout the hotel where the cats can get food and water. A little kitten was drinking water that was leaking from the pool. Excellent service. Kid’s club girls are amazing.. Emel, Madina, Nur, Karolina are the best involve kids throughout our 1 week stay. Kids enjoyed all activities arranged by kid’s club girls. Excellent experience by banana boat trip.
