I really loved staying at Old town point hotel! The location is super convenient and close to everything. We came back to a clean room & restocked amenities everyday. “Great Hotel and Great Staff”
Everything was great and top notch. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. The overall experience was great. Will surely stay here again if I come back to Antalya

“Mr. Onder is shouting out his voice infront of the guest.”
Is there anything on earth that lets receptionist “Mr. Onder” to shout out or raise his voice infront of guest when the guest is trying to complain in a formal manner? Does he have this right? Even if thinks that he is right. All people at reception are handling except him.
