“A disappointing experience given the previous good reviews”
Fabulous location, and good facilities but reflecting previous comments, the staff are efficient rather than friendly. As a suggestion, I would move the reception desk as all the guest sees are the backs of 2 large screens so it’s difficult to interact. The breakfast offer is really disappointing.… more

Certainly not my favourite hotel in Kaleici. Staff were abrupt and unfriendly, didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs. The hotel was very clean, small bedroom but well equipped.
