We purposely booked this city hotel because we wanted to be close to Antalya Old Town. It was, for us; the perfect location, less than a 10 minute stroll, with bars and restaurants along the way. What we/I didn’t expect was just how seamlessly the hotel catered for both the business user & the holiday maker. Both feeling totally comfortable with the surroundings. The reason for this, is the hotel has different levels. All easily accessible by lift. The business centre no where near the holiday makers. We knew there wasn’t a sandy beach, but to get into the sea was very easy, walking down steps from the sunbathing platforms, with plenty of sun beds & parasols The pool area, again had plenty of sun beds with sun parasols . The pool was a great size. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the food in the restaurant and bars was superb. The spa with its large indoor pool and its own hammam, was brilliant. Our room with a partial sea view was light and airy with very comfortable beds. And we were superbly looked after by Gulush from housekeeping. Every single member of staff was extremely polite, friendly and attentive without being invasive. But I must give a special thank you to Ozan the Guest Relations Manager - We had a minor issue at the beginning of our holiday and it was dealt with, not only professionally but with care, honesty and understanding. Personally if I go back to Antalya I will stay here again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. Our room was light and airy and the beds were very comfortable. Our room had a partial sea view which was pleasant. The hotel is well located for Antalya old town which is only a short walk away. The staff are excellent and always friendly and polite. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations Manager, Ozan, who was incredibly caring and helpful in resolving a problem when we arrived. He went above and beyond to assist us which transformed our experience. Also, Gülüș from housekeeping was brilliant. She looked after our room extremely well and was always smiling and helpful. Waiting staff are excellent and the food is exceptional. Waiters Defne and Ibrahim were especially attentive. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, a pleasant walk through the park to Kaleici old town. No beach as such but a nice infinity pool and various other terraces with sunbeds and stairs into the crystal clear sea. Remarkable underground gym& leisure complex built deep into the rock. The restaurant operates a "wristband model", different colours entitle you to different treatment. Old-fashioned. Get a red or black one, otherwise everyone will think you're poor and the staff will try to charge you for sparkling water, coffee and everything else they can. Superb terrace for alfresco dining, with fabulous views across the sea towards the snowcapped Taurus mountains. If you opt for a "standard" room you will end up on the first, second or third floor. Tired, smelling of cigarette smoke and overlooking the neighbouring blocks of flats. I had to upgrade, 7 days in there wasn't an option. So if you want any feeling of relative luxury go for a superior room with balcony and seaview, 4th floor and higher. Keep that in mind when comparing prices with other hotels. Nice looking hotel lobby, impressive architecture, with plenty of seating places for a relaxed drink. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel looks a bit tired: stains on the hallway carpets, furniture that has seen better days. Members of staff could look more presentable and behave a bit more subtle, especially the technical and security personnel: walking around looking important and talking loudly. In a luxury hotel service has to be felt not seen or heard. I'm not being difficult, other hotels in Antalya do it very well and for the same money. Overall, a pleasant stay which could have been excellent. The critism is constructive, I really hope they take it onboard and improve, the hotel's location deserves it.
