Excellent Holiday. The Ela Excellance has been great. Staff can not do enough for you, it is immaculate in presentation and cleanliness. Plenty of things going on to keep everyone entertained, left alone if you didn’t want to participate etc. Was a short trip from airport so that was a bonus. We has the grand superior room with double windows so the view was beautiful room was big and airy. Night time entertainment was a live show then live music every night. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Every team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, or around the resort, staff always greeted us warmly and were eager to help. The level of hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel valued throughout our stay. ### Personal Assistance Service The personal assistant service was a standout feature. Having a dedicated contact available for reservations, requests, and general assistance made the holiday completely stress-free. We had a wonderful holiday at Ela Excellence. The facilities for our 1 and 3 year old were fantastic. Although lots of restaurant options and a large buffet hall it would have been great if the breakfast hot food were changed up throughout the week instead of being the same daily. The children’s menu had the same five things on it in every restaurant outside of the buffet hall which meant one of my children basically ate the same thing all holiday as he is quite fussy. One disappointing factor was the lack of beer choices and running out of lots of options even though we went at the start of season. The assistant desk were great and Menekse was wonderful, she went above and beyond and knew my husband wanted Efes beer that the hotel kept saying they had ran out. The next day we found our room fridge had 4 cans of Efes and these were replaced daily along with my parents fridge. Menekse checked in with us daily and was so friendly with our children. She is an asset to the hotel and works very hard. We created a lovely friendship with her. The kids splash park was fantastic but out of the 4 large pools only one was heated so everyone was in the heated pool and all the larger pools were empty. I did use the larger pool as like a cold swim but our children no way could have used this. Outside of meals times there is a 24 hour restaurant but no snack hours around the pool etc that you usually get at a 5* hotel. There is a patisserie shop and coffee and smoothie shop along with fruit stand but would have been great to get some snacks around the pool other then crisps and nuts. The staff were honestly great and couldn’t be more helpful along with the wait staff. Each morning we were greeted by Serhat who efficiently found us a table and always shook my husband and dads hands and said hello to the children. He knew our drinks orders off by heart and provided each morning. We enjoyed our chats with him and he works extremely hard with a huge smile on his face. The children’s entertainment didn’t start until 8pm which was a little late as the children were mostly exhausted by this time. Rooms were very spacious along with our balcony. The hotel was very quiet for our first 5 days then started to get really busy by the time we left. We went to the market one day which took 20 minutes but there is a closet one in Belek but spent the rest of our time at the hotel. The photography team captured some lovely photos and our 3 year old loved seeing Zazar around the hotel and was always running up to give a high 5! Everywhere was very clean. Inside Everland there was also a kids restaurant and free nappies as well as a Lego room, softplay and activity rooms. The outside role play was really nice and the team were so friendly.
