We had such a wonderful stay and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organised. The welcome on arrival was excellent — warm, friendly, and professional — and it immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. A lovely touch was the chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us, which made us feel instantly valued as guests and added a really luxurious feel to the start of the holiday. One thing we particularly appreciated was that our rooms were located next door to each other exactly as requested. When travelling as a family, this makes such a difference, and it was clear the hotel had paid attention to our booking preferences. The rooms themselves were lovely — spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and everything felt fresh and cared for. The children had an absolutely amazing time from start to finish. The kids club was one of the highlights of the holiday for them, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained during the day. The staff there were kind, energetic, and brilliant with children, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax knowing they were enjoying themselves in a safe and fun environment. In the evenings, the mini disco became a favourite part of the day — the kids looked forward to it every night and had so much fun dancing and joining in with all the entertainment. Food was another standout part of the experience. We tried several restaurants during our stay, but La Perla was definitely our favourite. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was excellent, and every meal we had there was delicious. The quality and presentation of the food were fantastic, and it became somewhere we looked forward to returning to. Across the whole resort, there was a great variety of food and drinks available, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning. The gardens were beautifully maintained, full of greenery and flowers, and created such a relaxing atmosphere around the resort. It was lovely walking around during the day and evening, and everything felt peaceful, spacious, and very clean. The beach area was also excellent — clean, well organised, and perfect for both relaxing and spending time together as a family. We spent many happy hours there enjoying the sea and sunshine. What really made the holiday special, though, was the service from the staff throughout the entire resort. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their positive attitude really added to the overall experience. It’s clear the team work very hard to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday for the whole family. There was something for everyone — relaxation for the adults, endless entertainment for the children, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and consistently great service throughout. We made so many lovely memories here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organised holiday experience. We would happily return in the future.

We are coming to the end of our stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek and we have had the most amazing holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into the stunning lobby by Mehtap, who was so friendly, warm and welcoming. We explained that we were planning to surprise our family, who were already staying at the hotel, and she went above and beyond by helping us organise the surprise and even filming the moment for us. It is a memory we will treasure forever. Her excitement, kindness and positive energy truly made our holiday so special, and we are incredibly grateful to her. The food and drinks throughout the hotel are top quality, with so much variety and everything you could possibly want. The service from the waiters is incredibly fast, and the bartenders skating around on roller skates delivering drinks is such a fun touch! The kids club is absolutely out of this world — you really have to see it to believe it. It strikes the perfect balance of being amazing for children while still feeling like a luxury resort for adults too. The water slides, pools and activities are fantastic, with something for everyone. The sushi restaurant at lunchtime was also a highlight of our stay — absolutely amazing. Housekeeping has been excellent throughout our holiday, and the maid service has been fantastic. This is our second stay at Ela Excellence Resort, and it definitely will not be our last. We have made the best memories here and cannot wait to return again in the future. A special thank you again to Mehtap — she truly made this trip unforgettable, and we really hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

We stayed at Ela Excellence Resort Belek as a family with young children and overall we had a really enjoyable holiday. The resort is beautiful, very family friendly and has excellent facilities for children. The pools, beach areas and kids facilities were all excellent, and there was always plenty of food choice throughout the day. Our room was modern and comfortable, and after a small issue in our original room where we discovered some larvae/insects, the hotel did work to resolve things for us. Initially, the suggestion was to disinfect the room, but we requested a room change instead and the hotel eventually moved us to another room on a higher floor, which we appreciated. Guest services could perhaps have handled part of the situation a little better regarding laundry for clothing left on the floor during the issue, as there was some confusion initially over what would be cleaned. However, after we raised our concerns again, they did agree to help further and we appreciated that they ultimately resolved the matter. We were slightly disappointed that the pier was not open at the beginning of our stay, however we really enjoyed it on the final day once it had opened. It was a lovely area to relax with sun loungers and its own bar. The QR code ordering system for drinks to your sun loungers was also a very welcome feature and worked really well. The buffet food was good overall, although we felt the selection did not change a huge amount during the week and perhaps some themed evenings such as steak night, curry night or other international themes would add more variety. We only noticed one curry option during our stay, which was butter chicken. We do understand that additional paid restaurants were available for guests wanting more variety. Breakfast in the main restaurant was also good with plenty available, although there was perhaps a little too much focus on egg dishes. As international guests from the UK, we personally would have welcomed a few more British-style breakfast options such as baked beans, sausages and bacon, although we completely appreciate and respect that we were in Turkey. The snack selection around the bars could also perhaps be improved slightly, as snacks were generally limited to plain crisps and nuts.
