I stayed in a Lagoon Suite at Kaya Palazzo Belek for 6 nights in july 2026, and my experience was mostly very positive. I arrived at 11:30, and I have to admit I was a bit irritated that my room wasn't ready. In hindsight, that wasn't really fair, as official check-in is at 14:00. So my stay started with some unnecessary frustration on my side. That soon faded when I got to the room which was the Lagoon Suite. The Lagoon Suite itself was excellent. It was spacious, had high ceilings, and the swim-up terrace was fantastic and sunny. The only major downside was the bed—I slept bad every night, and for a five-star resort I expected much better. The biggest advantage of booking the Lagoon Suite was having free access to the Lagoon Restaurant. I only visisted the main buffet once for lunch, but never again because the Lagoon Restaurant was that good. The food was consistently excellent, and the staff were simply outstanding. Every single waiter and waitress worked incredibly hard and constantly checked if we needed anything, whether it was another drink, extra dishes, or anything else. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness made every meal so enjoyable. A special thank you to Merve from the Lagoon Restaurant, who was absolutely wonderful. My daughter Sophia is normally very shy around adults and doesn't say much, but she immediately felt comfortable with her. Merve was kind, warm, and professional, and Sophia genuinely looked forward to seeing her every moment during diner. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names, but every single member of the Lagoon Restaurant team deserves recognition. They are to me, without question, Kaya Palazzo Belek's greatest strength. The Palazzo Lounge was also very good. The Lahmacun and Adana Kebab were delicious, although on one occasion my Adana Kebab was still raw in the middle. Another small issue was that quite a few glasses (it wasn't one or two) in the Lagoon Restaurant had little cracks. I actually cut my lip on one of them, so I hope management checks and replaces them soon. The kids club was another highlight. It offered plenty of activities, and it was clear that children were having a great time. The women working there were also very welcoming and kind. They would really make an effort to make my young children feel welcome. One thing I did notice however, was the way some managers treated the staff. Managers were always extremely friendly to guests, but I witnessed a manager pushing a young blonde employee aside and speaking to her in a condescending manner, only to immediately turn around and greet me with a big smile and asking me if he could bring me something because I had a child in my arms. It left an extremely bad impression. Unfortunately I couldn't see his name, because I would have gladly posted it. The staff work incredibly hard and deserve to be treated with the same respect they show every guest. So to the manager being almost abusive and at least extremely rude towards his own staff: shame on you. To sum it up: Pros: - Spacious Lagoon Suite with an amazing swim-up terrace. - Personal assistance with Whatsapp; i didn't use it, but it's nice to have. - Fantastic Lagoon Restaurant with excellent food that would arrive very fast - Exceptional staff who genuinely care about their guests. - Great kids club and kind women working there - Merve:), who made my daughters nights in the Lagoon Restaurant. Cons: -The bed in the Lagoon Suite to me was uncomfortable . - Multiple cracked drinking glasses which made me cut my lip once (also didn't like it because my children drink from the same glasses) - One undercooked Adana Kebab that was definetly raw in the middle - Some management interactions with staff were disappointing to witness. Despite these negatives, there is a very high chance I'll return. The reason is simple: the staff. I've visited Antalya many times now, but this is the first resort where I was genuinely sad to leave because of the staff. They made the holiday special, and I sincerely hope they are appreciated and treated well, because they are the soul of the Resort and are what makes Kaya Palazzo Belek stand out to me.

“Good food, drinks and room size”

We were a group of 11- 4 adults and 7 kids. We visit turkey yearly and thought would try kaya this year based on feedback from family and friends who had visited previously. Pleased with the room size which was spacious. Food was delicious and great quality and did not get repetitive. Drinks were in glass bottles and lovely selection of ice cream. Loved the patisserie and spent a lot of time chilling there and the staff were amazing. Some niggly bits were the bar at the pool would prioritise other guests over kids when kids would go to the bar to get drinks and ended up waiting ages and similarly the street food would do the same at times . However when an adult went over they quickly responded quickly. The guys on the rollerskates were great getting drinks but a few times we were ignored by one of the girls. Housekeeping were spot on and went out of their way. The whattsapp chat we had with our assistants was amazing and they dealt with all our queries and needs promptly. Also there was a lovely man who always went round asking if we were ok and having a lovely holiday. He was the only one who did and was lovely. Sorry didn’t get his name. Overall had a nice time and would recommend the hotel.

“Sixth Stay at Kaya Palazzo – Still Absolutely Incredible!”

We’ve just returned home from another amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, and once again it was absolutely incredible. We’ve just returned home from another amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, and once again it was absolutely incredible. This was our sixth visit, and there is a reason we keep coming back year after year and even have booked another week in August this year! Everything was amazing as always. The food was lovely with so much choice, the drinks were great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff really make this hotel what it is everyone is so welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Rida, who was so lovely and would walk around checking in on everyone, making sure guests were okay and happy. It was such a nice personal touch and really made a difference. We’d also like to thank Ramazan on the pier/beach, who was one of the cleaners and was so kind and friendly every morning. He would always pass us towels and was just such a lovely person. The bar staff were also amazing and always made us feel looked after. We were also very grateful for the room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Other than that, we honestly couldn’t fault anything. Thank you to everyone at Kaya Palazzo for another unforgettable holiday we can’t wait to return again.
