“Perfect visit”

Perfect from start to finish. The whole hotel has been immaculate whether that be regarding food or entertainment. The bar staff have been fun to talk to and amazing at their job. Perfect from start to finish. The whole hotel has been immaculate whether that be regarding food or entertainment. The bar staff have been fun to talk to and amazing at their job. Entertainment has been amazing also, Samir has provided ample opportunities and encouragement to get involved in sports and other activities in the evening. Overall the reviews on tripadvisor haven’t spoken as highly as we believe this place deserves. We came as a couple of age 21 but we have seen people arrive in families with young children and all age groups who we have seen have an equally good time. Will definitely return here.

We stayed here for 11 nights in June as a family of 4. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, the ground are well kept and the staff work continuously to ensure that the hotel is kept to a high standard. The hotel is better than any Greece 5* resort but falls short of the service and quality of the likes of a Voyage hotel which we have previously stayed at. Minor improvements could make a real difference. We were really disappointed with the staff at the water park, they were rude and continuously shouting at the kids. The larger slides can’t be used by kids who are younger 10, which is confusing when the signs state that they need to be 120cm. My son was really disappointed, having used the slides at the voyage hotel last year which were larger and he was only 110cm. My son is 6, 122cm and can swim 400m but because he’s not 10 he can’t go on the slides. We went to land of legends one day and he could used slides 4/5x the size of one the ones at this hotel. In the smaller splash park, there are strict rules. Kids are not allowed to wear sun hats even though it’s 36 degrees. Kids are not allowed to wear arm bands, even though the slides are for young children. Goggles can’t we worn on the slides. Adults need to take their sunglasses off when taking kids into the slides. The staff are really rude and laugh at the kids who attempt to try the large slides but don’t make the criteria. We went to the steak restaurant the one night and paid extra for the food, this is definitely not worth it. They have a fridge on show full of dry aged steaks but you can’t actually purchase these, they take the steak from a vacuum pack in a different freezer which is poor quality. I ordered a 500g T-Bone and around 200G of a sirloin turned up, I questioned this and they said that the chef had cut up the T bone for me. It definitely wasn’t Tbone and not worth 50 Euro. Avoid this restaurant. Positives- 1. Hotel well kept and very clean 2. Cleaning service is very good in the rooms 3. Food is nice but repetitive in the buffet 4. Pool temperature is good 5. Lots of sunbeds, always available regardless of time. 6. Spa is top notch 7. Gym has new equipment and very good 8. Kids club facilities really good Improvements- 1. The is no drinks or welcoming on arrival, given its an all inclusive hotel 2. There is no service around the pools 3. Food is repetitive, there is no theme and basically Asian every night with meat. 4. Al carte restaurants are poor quality, we went to all and the service is rushed. The food was on our table before we’d even sat down. 5. Drinks are poor and cheap, all local branded and taste different at every bar. Not what you’d expect in a Turkey hotel. 6. Entertainment isn’t great, with bingo as the entertainment every 3 days. 7. Ice lollies only available between 12-4pm from one restaurant in the hotel, with a poor choice of a twister or ice cream. You can’t get any ice creams or lollies at the pool bars or water parks. This needs sorting 8. They should move the patisseries counter up to the ZOM bar, they’ve wasted space. There are no eateries where the ZOM bar is. 9. Service is mixed but there just isn’t enough staff, they are running around trying to serve everyone and your drinks can take about 10 minutes. 10. Shop is a complete rip off, 45 euros for a pool float is outrageous. 11. Gym doesn’t open until 7am, which is baffling because it’s unmanned when it’s open. Why not make it 24/7? In Summary, the hotel is ok and can easily improve. We had a good deal with booking during the refurbishment but wouldn’t return or pay the price that’s being advertised currently. Facilities 5 star but service and dining 4 star.
