As always Regnum Carya showed great work and really special guest services. We stayed now for 3rd time over may holidays, playing golf and relaxing in hotel. From entry to restaurants all stuff is at most kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Regnum Carya—it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, everything felt exceptional and thoughtfully curated. The beautiful interiors, spotless surroundings, and fantastic staff created an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. Our stay just kept getting better with every passing hour. The food was a real highlight of the trip. Dining at the à la carte restaurants—Kushimoto, Alia, and Koz Turkish restaurant—was outstanding, with each dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The buffets were equally impressive, offering an incredible variety of high-quality food that consistently exceeded expectations. We loved Alia so much that we had lunch there twice, and both visits were fantastic thanks to the exceptional service from Ahmet and Murat. The staff at Alia were genuinely warm and attentive, making every meal feel special. The spa experience at both Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown was simply unreal. The interiors are stunning, with a truly high-end design that enhances the whole experience. The treatments provided by Inna and the team at the Spa were nothing short of a treat—professional, deeply relaxing, and indulgent in every way. It’s an absolute must-visit during your stay and provided some of the most rejuvenating moments of our trip. The saltwater pool was another standout—beautiful, perfectly warm, and an ideal place to unwind. The service around the pool was excellent, with attentive waiters always on hand to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also loved the zoo so much—it was such a unique and enjoyable addition to the resort and something we didn’t expect to appreciate as much as we did. What stood out most was the level of care across the entire resort. Nothing was ever too much trouble for guest services or any member of staff, and we consistently felt valued, welcomed, and genuinely looked after throughout our stay. This was easily one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and the perfect choice for a 40th birthday celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and truly cannot wait to return.

“Average”

Regnum has always been one of our favourite hotels, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Regnum has always been one of our favourite hotels, which is why this visit was so disappointing. We’ve stayed four times before and loved it, but this time it felt like standards had dropped massively. It wasn’t one small issue — it was the overall feel of the place. Everything just felt slack. The food was still amazing in parts, and our evening waitress was brilliant, but beyond that the service was poor. Breakfast took around 40 minutes for egg on toast, pastries had run out, the canapés were awful, there were no cold beers because the fridge was off, and even getting a coffee felt like hard work. No welcome drinks, so we ended up serving our own. No WhatsApp room assistant. No nighttime entertainment at all at the end of April. The sports bar was really poor, and the Irish bar is miles from the nearest toilet. The rooms also need work and don’t feel finished to the level you expect from Regnum. Overall, it has huge potential, but this was nowhere near the standard of our previous visits. Last time was brilliant — this time was poor. A real shame, because we know how good this hotel can be.
