The Staff at the Regnum Carya are absolutely fantastic. From Sedat on Reception sorting out Rooms overlooking the Golf Course for us and Mahsun and the Guest Relations Team along with Alona booking Al a Carte Restaurants at the Carya and the Crowne and not forgetting Adnan Menlikli (Director of Guest Experience) who always seems to go above and beyond to ensure we have a fantastic holiday every year. “A must stay”

Absolutely first class. Everything about this hotel was superb – the rooms, service, food, and facilities were all outstanding. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The golf course was immaculate, and the practice area was top quality too. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. 💪🏼⛳️🌟

We arrived on Monday evening and are currently part-way through a 9-night stay. First impressions were good. The room itself is comfortable and a good size, although it does feel a little dated in places. We’ve had a couple of minor maintenance issues — the bathroom door frequently jams, and the curtains don’t fully block out the early morning sunlight, which makes sleeping in a little difficult. The bathroom also wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected on arrival, with some marks in the bath, a bit of hair left behind, and old wrappers from previous amenities still behind the tray. A bit more attention to detail would really elevate the experience. For example, despite the room being set up for four people, we were only left with two towels on more than one occasion. These are small things, but they do make a difference, particularly at a resort positioned at this level. One area we were quite disappointed with was dining availability. Staying for 9 nights, we were only able to secure reservations at two of the à la carte restaurants. While the buffet offers good variety, dining there every evening isn’t particularly relaxing for us, especially as we’re travelling with two young children — it often means constantly getting up and down, which takes away from what should be a more enjoyable evening meal. With a longer stay, we were really hoping for more opportunities to experience the resort’s other restaurants. On a very positive note, the pool staff have been excellent — genuinely attentive, friendly, and always happy to help, which really makes a difference. The hotel grounds are also beautiful: immaculately maintained, spacious, and very relaxing to walk around. Overall, we are enjoying our stay and feel the resort has a lot of potential to be outstanding. With a little attention to room details and more flexibility around dining reservations, it could easily match the luxury experience Regnum is known for. We’re hopeful the remainder of our stay will be even better.
