I’m staying here now with my family. There’s 11 of us in total includes 4 kids age ranging 3-12. Chose this hotel based on which we thought looked like positive enough reviews in which we could enjoy our stay here and it’s close proximity to the land of legends in which we’ve still to do. We’re not impressed at all. So many areas were you can smoke freely. Main entrance to hotel when we arrived there’s seating areas many people smoking, outside sliding doors of the main restaurant you need to pass through to go to outside cooking stations it’s not pleasant, around all the pool areas including family pools. Our allocated bedroom has a continuous smell of stale tobacco and we’re on our 3rd night. Room towels and pool towels are cheap and dated some showing signs of wear and tear and fraying not nice. Our room door is continually breaking we’ve had to phone reception 4 times now and they do the same thing to sort it and it breaks again leaving the room feeling unsecure. Food is awful the worst we’ve experienced of all our visits to turkey and I think this is our 14th visit. Very repetitive and cold. I’ve not had hot food yet. Feeling is mutual throughout the family. Most of them living off chips. So disappointing we’re now looking at eating outside the hotel tomorrow. I’m gutted we’re not enjoying our stay as much as we’d hoped and that I’m writing my first ever trip review.

The hotel is clean, good location to Land of Legends and you get branded drinks (at some of the bars) and that is the only positives. We arrived late at night like majority of British holidaymakers. When I made the booking the hotel was informed I would need a crib for daughter to sleep in. Get to the room to find no crib or even the sofa bed made up for my son to sleep in. I phoned reception and it took over an hour to get a crib after a staff member attended with a fold out bed. On top of that our hotel door wouldn't lock. I made staff aware the next day and was given a room with a view of the family pool. The family pool and the slides are good and plenty of sunbeds. There is a big board at the pool to tell you what activities and entertainment will be on however for over a week it was empty and we were left guessing. The kids club is sadly the poorest I have ever seen. The 1st night of the mini disco staff played 3 songs as put a TV show for the kids to watch (not English). I spoke to guest services who advised me the mini disco was meant to go on for 30 minute and they were surprised to learn this was not the case. I also told them about the board and they gave me a list of the activities with a foam party schedule for the following day. The next day came and no foam party. When I spoke to staff they looked at me as if I had 2 heads, they did not have a clue about what activities were on. I went to guest services and asked to speak to a manager. Emre spoke to me and the activities manager aswell. I showed them the sheet of paper I was given by guest services and Emre questioned the activities manager who advised they didn't have a planned schedule or anything which shocked both Emre and myself. It was clear that guest services, management, activities team and guests had to no communications. The hotel is definitely not for families, the activities team do activities at the family pool and do not let children take part, so do the activities in the adults only area then. The entertainment at night is very much a hit or miss. Guest karaoke was the main event one night. Last thing because I could keep typing even though the hotel is advertised as a British, English is not spoken or understood by staff apart from taking a food or drinks order, ask anything more and your translator apps will be working overtime. Not a family or English speaking hotel. And won't be back.
