“Holiday”

Everything ran like clockwork throughout our stay. The comfort and design of the rooms were excellent. The pool area was both clean and very enjoyable. The hotel's overall quality was above standard. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's general facilities—and the cleanliness of the pool area in particular—were impressive. Every need had been anticipated. We can't wait to come back!

A family of 23 visited For a week and got home late last night. Honest Review incoming. HOTEL ROOM - The room itself was standard which is fine considering we only use it to get ready and sleep. But if you want a goodnight sleep then good luck the beds are like concrete, You are better off sleeping on the hard floor. Room was only cleaned 2 times out of our week stay. Numerous lights didn’t work, the shower was hanging out the wall and temperature was not consistent it would go cold then scoulding hot. We also did not have a great view. We did also often have a strong sewage smell. Having said this other guests in our party had their rooms regularly cleaned and towel animals left. RESTAURANT - Good luck finding a seat it was mayhem from opening to closing, so busy hard to find a table inside, staff couldn’t replenish or clean up quick enough for the amount of guests. As a British tourist we found it mainly catering for and full of other nationalities. We never have had issues with this however in this case it appeared many guests had lost their manners constantly pushing in when you have been queuing, would push past you etc. You are better off going to the grill out the back of the restaurant. We did find the food from the grill very good. Overall there was plenty of choice all around but felt like it was maybe over capacity and definitely not outstanding for a 5*! BAR/DRINKS - all inclusive soft drinks/milkshakes perfectly fine, however cocktails were awful again so inconsistent some staff made them well others mixed wrong alcohol, some drinks on the menu were not available. Queues were always massive and service was very slow for an all inclusive resort - not enough staff. We did find the Calido pub was always quieter and the cocktails were made better there. You could purchase cocktails at the vitamin bar which wasn’t included in the inclusive but personally we chose not to do this. SWIMMING/SLIDES - numerous pools, great slides and a lovely kids pool and splash area. All had a great time in this area. Adults and kids. Always managed to get sunbeds but did go down earlish due to such a large group. Pool areas can be slippy so kids need pool shoes really. Plus the floor can get very very hot. Pool snack bar was fair, chicken kebab wraps and the chicken tenders were very good. We ate here every day at lunch rather than the restaurant. We did have 5 of our party end up with ear infections apparently due to the cleanliness of the water. AREA - very remote. We did know this apon booking but we did not realise how far from everything it was. There is a private beach and a small shop within walking distance but for anything else you have to get a taxi which can be quite costly. There is apparently a bus but we never used it. Fine if you like to stay on resort but if you like to explore and go for walks etc this is not the hotel for you. OVERALL - we did have a lovely holiday with our family and extended family, the entertainment team were all lovely and there were always things going on, however do we think it was worth the money we paid - no, would we return - no.
