Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side. We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas. The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers. Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment. The hotel service, despite their very limited English, was top-notch. They did everything to ensure guests were happy. The pool bar staff were excellent, especially the waiter, Laktosuz, who served his signature drinks and always found time for a joke. Everyone was very helpful, polite, smiling, and always willing to chat, despite their hard work. And now, most importantly, the entertainment team. Casper, Elvis, Dobrawa, and Matylda were wonderful young people who did everything in their power to make every day at the hotel a wonderful one. Kacper, who entertained everyone, would have been boring without him. What a charismatic man he was, open to people, and sincere. Dobrawa was wonderful, always making time for a quick chat and fun. Thanks to them, every day spent at the hotel, from morning to night, was full of excitement. We love you all. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We miss you. Iwona and Piotr.

This was a last minute change of hotel as we were informed that the hotel we had booked in Alanya was undergoing major building works. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. First impressions of the hotel were impressive and it only got better further into the holiday! We were checked in quickly by friendly reception staff and provided with a list of opening times for restaurant's and Wi-Fi codes ect. We had a family room which consisted of two separate rooms next to each other (with locking doors). There was then another separate lockable door to enter both rooms. The mini bar was free and soft drinks were re stocked daily. There is a great entertainment programme at this hotel. During our 7 night stay there was a Brazilian dance act, Singers, Bingo, Darts, Aqua Aerobics, Water Polo, Kids mini disco and much more. All really enjoyable and to a high standard. The hotel even catered for people to watch the football by setting up a projector in the all night bar. Mustaffa who runs the 24 hour bar is a really nice guy and he looked after us while we were in there. It seems that nothing is no trouble for staff at this hotel and staff were super friendly and always there if you needed help of any kind. I would have to say a big thank you to Casper who was always there to answer any questions we had. The kids really enjoyed activities organized by yow yow (with a W). There was always an effort to get the kids involved or just taking the time to say hi and check that they were enjoying their holiday. I really cant rate these 2 entertainers highly enough. During our stay our giant pineapple and pizza inflatables went missing.... I mentioned this to reception and 1 day later, amazingly they had found them both!!! The was a constant flow of food and drinks. Breakfast, Late Breakfast, Bar Snacks, Coffee Bar, Waffles, Cakes, Lunch, Freshly made Turkish Flat breads, Evening Meal. Plenty of variety, something for everyone. Even at the beach the all inclusive food choices are available at the designated Artside Cafe/beach area. They had it all covered and the walk to the beach too about 5-10 minutes. There were not a lot of British Guests at this hotel however most of the staff spoke English so this was not a problem at all. There was a really good vibe from the mix of guest nationality's at this hotel (mostly Germans) and all with the same goal...to enjoy their holiday (which I can safely say we did !!!!) The hotel is especially good for families. The water slides are popular with the kids which are manned by lifeguards. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to return again some time :) 10/10.

The owners of the hotel, make the service better, at least in these autumn months! The hotel needs to be treated with antiseptic! There may be a stomach infection in the hotel. Fix the toilets, install locks on the doors! Where is the management looking??? Is anyone interested in how children and women go to the toilet? There are Germans, Poles, Russians, Turks, and a few people like us from different countries. We stayed at Adalya Art Side in July. Attention! This is a very big problem for people who do not smoke! In the hotel and on the beach they smoke absolutely everywhere, for me it was a nightmare! Is there really no respect for people! Where are the European or Slavic soups, side dishes, where is the fish, other seafood, lamb, pork. There is not a large selection of vegetables and fruits. Everything is very simple and the same, it does not look like Ultra All Inclusive! The waiters are trying, but not all of them. There is no decent security on the beach that monitors the sea, what is happening there in real time. The beach is rarely cleaned. The water in the pool seemed uncleaned, both in the adult one and where the slides are. The sea smells like rotten sewage, probably because there's a river nearby where all the waste is dumped. There wasn't enough greenery on the territory. The child was not satisfied with the animation, as it was only available in German and Polish. I expected more from this hotel.
