“Happy to come again! ☺️”
We enjoyed every part of our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly, smiley and so fast with every our request. Our family room was very nice, resort was clean, and well equipped. Kids loved Amazon water world and wild river, I also enjoyed wellnes and perfect massage and the food was delicious too.… more

Family: I went with my two kids 10Y and 8Y old, and my friend her husband and two kids same age. “Not a 5 star hotel”
The cleaning of our room was poor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get more. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom. Smoking outside does not have any regulation, not good for non-smokers.
