Excellent hotel. All aspects of All Inclusive were well above the norm. Service, cleanliness, dining all well above average. This hotel deserves all the merits it receives. Fantastic staff always on hand when needed.

Our hearts dropped when we arrived as we had passed some beautiful hotels and this is not the best looking, the lobby is plain and uninviting, we had a land view room which overlooked the road, the noise from the neighbouring hotels was loud and we thought we’d made a horrible mistake. However, the noise ceased at 11.30pm, the room was clean, well equipped and comfortable, in the daylight the hotel looked better, it was spotless. The staff were polite and the facilities were great, although the spa is very expensive. If you smoke you’ll be fine but there are no non smoking areas outside so we had to eat our meals and take our drinks inside. We were the only English speaking guests for the duration of the week and the buffet is catered for the Germans. There were no signs regarding allergies or vegetarian on the food. The area is great for shopping but do haggle, also the vendors expect you to be German and they take Euros rather than Lira or Sterling. It’s easy to get a bus for 2 euros to Side old town and Manavgat rather than 17 euros for a taxi. There are stray cats but the hotels feed, house and treat them with vet services , there are donation boxes for them which is a great idea. On our last day we were informed that there were water slides for our use next door and another pool, it’s a shame we weren’t told earlier. We didn’t see anyone use them. In all it was a lovely, restful holiday, they could have done better with labelling the food and providing non smoking areas , it was pricey and not the best looking 5 star hotel we’ve stayed in. If you have a second floor room with a jacuzzi bath please don’t open the vented roof as we could see straight into the bathroom and tub! Outside our room was an area used for storing chairs. Would we return? No, it was an expensive holiday without the luxury of a usual 5* in Turkey

“Nice Hotel”

Arrived late and allocated room it was nice and what we wanted and asked for as it was a special birthday. We emailed customer services before arrival and Elana came up trumps with the room. The hotel is well kept and always clean, pool area and beach also kept to a high standard being kept clean . Food a good choice and good quality but as we like to eat a little bit late around 8.30 pm we found at dinner you are in a rush as outside food cooking station seems to stop cooking food 8.45 and all so some food not available which is not wright you also seem to have to rush your meal because of the time and dead on 9pm kicthen staff are out clearing up deserts etc . A lot of hotel we have stayed around the world tend to close dining rooms 10pm. I would like to say all the staff are first rate and try to look after guests to the highest standard . The only bad thing we found was the amount of guests that smoked a lot you got the smell everywhere even when sat inside the piano bar . Also the beach area should be smoking areas and none smoking areas this would make it a better relaxing area. The smoking issue is the only reason I would think or returning. But would like to thank all hotel staff for making our stay a good stay.
