I flew to Turkey - Side in mid-March, I stayed at The FUN&SUN SMART Hane Sun Hotel - one of 4 hotels in the area from this company. From the very beginning of entering the hotel, full professionalism - the luggage was collected by the hotel help and after completing the formalities at the reception - which took a flash of time, I was led to my room, which was clean, tidy and pleasant. I had my own bathroom and balcony. From the fridge to the kettle to the tea, The hotel also provides all kinds of services such as massages - and here I must praise the manager Markus, who made every effort to ensure that the time in the sauna, indoor pool or massages passed in relaxation and peace. I must praise the masseur - Adam - full professionalism - thanks to him I got back on my feet. There was also a hairdresser; photographer -taking professional photos and printing them on key rings, cups - a great idea for your own souvenir from the trip. The hotel also had food all the time - apart from basic meals, until midnight you could drink coffee, tea, drinks, alcohol, have a snack between meals. There was also no shortage of snacks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were dominated by appetizing food - food from choice to color - you could even order scrambled eggs for breakfast the way you like them. A big thank you to the entire team in the kitchen - for people preparing meals and those who took care of taking away empty plates. I will also not fail to mention the wonderful group of animators - who entertained us. Melo and his colleagues - very sociable, funny and friendly - made us laugh, filled the time during bad and good weather. They were everywhere and always ready to make the stay more pleasant. There was no shortage of board games or games by the pool - both for adults and children. The boys from the animation team made every effort to make everyone feel good and safe, so that no one lacked anything. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we were not able to use many of the attractions outside - but the pools, slides, beer garden, activities for children and adults were ready. The animators were always available and helpful - open and smiling. I cannot forget about the wonderful cleaning team, whether in the dining room or in the rooms. The hotel is clean and well-kept, the employees speak different languages ​​- so there is no problem communicating with them. The entire team from the hotel is like one big family that takes care of the guests and makes every effort to ensure that we are happy with our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel and the people who work here. It was really nice to relax in such an environment.

“Great hotel”

March 2025 First of all, the hotel is super, the animation department is very warm-blooded, especially (Melo) is super, I strongly recommend you to meet him, the food and activities are very nice, it really deserves everything, we found this hotel by chance, it is really great

“Lovely hotel- no evening entertainment”

Water replaced but abundant store in large fridge in bakery area. Maids cleaned every day to high standard. Our room had 2 x single beds but were quickly put together. We had asked for double . No complaints. Hotel is very clean. Staff are very, very friendly & polite. They work hard & to a high standard. The food is fabulous. Best selection of cheese I've ever seen, however, why only on display at breakfast ? Please make available for evening diners. Selection of meat, fish, veggie, pasta, salad, deserts. Great selection of olives . My partner enjoyed the soup every day. I loved the purple coloured bread (beetroot perhaps?) The waiters & waitresses keep the restaurant immaculate . Some guests don't appear to have table manners making their job harder. Big shout out to young lady who makes the omelettes. Always smiling, great Chef! Pool area & outside dining all great. Little shop selling essentials by pool. I forgot flip flops so purchased from here. 10 min walk to beach with all inclusive bar/ eatery or shuttle bus every 15 mins or so. 5 mins to small selection of shops, cash point, pharmacy & covered market. 20 mins other direction to larger area of shops. Recommend the Sahin Steakhouse, first restaurant on left if you go this direction. Bar was limited. We drink lager so OK but no cocktail list . Pay extra. Never known that before ! Entertainment team provide darts, French boules . Pool table on -2 floor but it slants! Table tennis table outside too. Large kids play area, covered baby pool & 3 slides. Not sure why they open them at 3pm & not all day? All in all , a nice break for us . Big issue for us was absolutely NO evening entertainment of any sort. We bought playing cards. We were told early April is not 'in season'. I quite resent that statement. Our money & time is equally as important to us , regardless of time of year. No singers, musicians or shows full stop. Sadly , this would stop me returning. Staff are amazing ! Management don't seem to want out of season holiday makers .

We've just returned from a short stay here, hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Room was great size . Food was all served as buffet style and some options in outside pool area. There was never a shortage of something to eat Location is a bit remote with a short walk to beach but was a shuttle every 15 mins. Only downside was there was no evening entertainment whole stay or children's club. There a small play area near the pools also. We arrived late afternoon and snack bar had closed meaning we were only able to get coffee and biscuits. I think due to the time of year a lot of additional services weren't open. There is a small mall next door which had lots of options for snacks, bags and clothing. Bar area was nice but there were limited drink options and additional for cocktails. Inside pool and spa area were nice although staff poached you every time you walked past! Only downside was for whole stay we were there we were never offered drinks at dinner which meant going to drinks the area to collect before eating. For what we paid we had a lovely break and went into side town the ruins and harbour were lovely. The beach restaurant is fab and great for when at beach meaning you didn't have to come back for meals. Although beach was having some additional works, and no shops on the beach which I found strange. This was out first time in Turkey but would return.
