“A Small Hotel with Great Potential”

We spent a week at this hotel with our family. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Please note that you need to cross a road to get there, so be careful as there can be traffic. Keep in mind that this is by no means a large, modern luxury resort. It's a small, a bit outdated peaceful 4-star hotel. The rooms were quite small and somewhat outdated, with typical thin walls and compact balconies—at least in the rooms we were assigned. To keep this review organized, I'll simply share what we liked and what we didn't. What we liked: ✓What truly sets this hotel apart and is its greatest strength is the staff. Their kindness, willingness to help, and genuine effort to make every guest's stay enjoyable are outstanding—even compared to higher-end hotels. Although every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful, a few people truly stood out: -Bilal: always cheerful, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He greeted us with a smile every day and was always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. -Ramazan: just after just two days, he remembered exactly what we liked to order, where we preferred to sit, and even how many of us there were. That level of attentiveness made us feel truly welcome and well looked after. -Mustafa from the beach bar: always smiling, full of positive energy, and making every guest feel welcome. He wouldn't even let us walk to the bar for our drinks, always bringing them over with a smile. His hospitality was truly exceptional. -Mr. Muammer, who took great care of keeping the beach spotless, was incredibly attentive and friendly. He always made sure our sunbeds were perfectly clean before we used them—not even a tiny grain of sand was left behind. 😉 ✓The beach was wide and sandy, with fine, soft sand, a very shallow shoreline, and a gentle entry into the sea—making it perfect for families with young children. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, even though some guests liked to reserve them early in the morning. ✓The beach bar served both food and drinks, offering a basic but satisfying selection of lunch dishes, desserts, and soft drinks. Ice cream was also available during certain hours. We hardly ever went back to the hotel for lunch because there simply wasn't any need. ✓The location was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel is situated in the heart of Evrenseki, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. It's also just about 7 km from the ancient town of Side and around 11 km from Manavgat. What we didn't like: ✓The food was good overall, although the selection was somewhat repetitive and the dishes were not always served hot. Breakfast was the least impressive meal during our stay. ✓The bathrooms were outdated and on the small side, and guests with a larger body frame might find the space around the toilet somewhat limited. ✓The beach and bathroom towels were rather thin and showed visible signs of use, with some being a little worn. ✓The cleanliness of some of the plates and cups could be improved. ✓One thing we found unusual was the lack of bottled water during meals and at the beach bar. This was the first all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at where bottled water wasn't available in those areas. ✓Cats were a common sight around the hotel, and at times they jumped onto tables where clean cutlery had been set, which wasn't particularly hygienic. ✓Guests couldn't help themselves to beverages from the dispensers in either the hotel or the beach bar. Instead, most of them were served by the staff. ✓The staff's English could be improved. We understand that most of the hotel's guests are from Germany, so German is naturally the primary foreign language spoken. However, better English communication would certainly be appreciated by international guests. Light sleepers should be aware that there is a mosque near the hotel (which is not unusual in Turkiye), so you may hear the call to prayer, especially early in the morning. Did we tip the staff? Of course. We understand that providing good service is part of their job, but several team members exceeded all our expectations. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism deserved special recognition, so we were more than happy to reward their efforts with regular tips. To sum up, with such an outstanding team, this hotel has all the foundations to become truly exceptional. If the few areas we mentioned were addressed, it would undoubtedly be a hotel we'd return to again and again.
