My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Numa Club Side and would highly recommend it. The standout for us was the staff – they were truly outstanding throughout our stay. Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, they really made the experience feel special and welcoming. The food was another highlight. There was a great variety and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The all‑inclusive offering is genuinely impressive – far beyond what we’ve experienced before. A real bonus was the lobby bar serving Guinness on draft, which was a pleasant surprise! They also offer a wide range of delicious, freshly made cocktails, including one of the best Long Island Iced Teas we’ve had. Our room was slightly on the smaller side for a 5-star hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely pool view, which more than made up for it. One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to get a sun lounger by the pool – no matter the time of day, there was always space available, which made for a much more relaxing experience. The specialty Italian restaurant was also excellent and well worth visiting – a great atmosphere and high-quality food. Overall, a brilliant holiday with great service, amazing food and drinks, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. We would definitely return!

Hi , came with family for 1 week , best time off are lives best hotel we've been to in Turkey , very friendly and bubbly staff , the cleaners I want to thank because off such hard work they put into the rooms , rooms were very clean , food was amazing the only negative thing I've got to say about the food is that they mainly have the same food out every night and for people that have allergies it's not that good , but out off everything else it was perfect,yummy food ,shops inside the hotels were amazing just that the owners off the shops used to stand outside and beg you to come in there shop , the Aircon in the hotel and room was amazing , pool activities were amazing , definitely coming again soon thank you for having us

“A brilliant 2 week stay”

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks across April. Overall it was a brilliant stay and we have both said we would visit again. The hotel was very clean and very well taken care of. Even on the days that it rained when me and my partner stayed in our room for longer, the room was cleaned. Every day the minibar was restocked with bottles of water, as well as there being fridges at the 24 hour bar for water. The restaurant sometimes got a bit crowded with plates being left from people who had finished but all the staff were brilliant when we struggled to find a table. Most of the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived, which was the middle of the night. Keenan in-particular was brilliant towards me and my partner as well as other guests who we had spoken to. Pascal and Burak Can, the entertainment team, were brilliant with both me and my partner. We never felt pushed to do activities but we joined in as and when we wanted. We were able to have a good laugh with both of them and overall think they were brilliant. The only negative encounter we had was with booking the Al a Carte. All the restaurants were great, in-particular the beach bar for lunch. With food being stocked up constantly and there being a good amount of options. As well as this there was a great variety of drinks at all the different bars. Having a beach bar was brilliant as it gave us the option to choose to stay by the pool or at the beach for the day. The only negative experience we had with the food, was we thought the Al a Carte was limited with options but the quality of the food was good. The hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from the beach with designated sun beds and a beach bar. There was a shuttle cart to take people to and from the beach which was also a good idea. As well as this the hotel was roughly a 5 minute walk from all the shops and there was also a couple restaurants. However, there were also shops within the hotel which were very convenient. The main pool was huge however it was not heated so was quite chilly. However, there was a smaller pool which was heated but got busy. The slides were good, although the water there was chilly. There was also the option of the beach. The room was a good size for the 2 of us. The balcony was small but big enough for us to sit out on. We stayed in a standard room so did not expect it to be large. There are rooms with sun beds on the balcony which looked nice to sit out on in the day. The bathroom was quite dated, but non the less was functional. At the 24 hour bar they also showed many football games which was perfect for us. Overall our stay was amazing and would happily visit again!

“Lovely holiday, a few notes though!”

Location - situated near the beach (less than 5 mins, Numa was is a good spot for us. Quiet area between Beach and large rank of shops (didn’t really see many restaurants not that I was looking) Room- was dated in areas, cracks in the bathroom floor tiles, wood areas in places were chipped. Very clean and tidy. Mini fridge stocked and water was refreshed daily. We didn’t have a view from the balcony but we had the last sun of the day which was nice. Very spacious. Tv worked well, hairdryer was good (I have a lot of hair). Plenty of toiletries to use. Lots of hangers in wardrobe (usually a frustration for me). Overall room was great although not a 5 star for me. We stayed in the Numa Bay exclusive a few years ago and the rooms were much nicer. Hotel areas - outside was really lovely, lovely big pool (cold, but we didn’t care). A smaller pool (heated) and 4x slides which my daughter loved. Several bars inside and outside, we loved the waffles at the beach snack bar. Plenty of sunbeds available at this time of year. Inside reception area was lovely. Lifts were soooo tiny, could only fit 3 people inside. Very clean and well kept. Service/food - food was lovely, could not fault. Buffet restaurant had a large variety and something for everyone. Our favourite was the Beach restaurant which had a lovely lunch time menu and great views of the sea. We had an à la carte meal on one evening was also very delicious. Could not fault the food at all. We did find that compared with the Numa bay the Numa Club waiters were not as friendly and seemed to favour the German guests over the English ones. German was the main language used by staff and not all staff spoke English. One evening we were in the buffet restaurant and I had asked the waiter to clean the table. He didn’t seem to be happy and then afterwards I overheard him speaking with a German family about “English people”. What he didn’t realise was that my German was good enough to understand he was speaking negatively about us. Waiters also seemed to serve German guests more quickly at the à la carte and I definitely felt like a second class citizen at times. I feel as though if the hotel prefers and wants German people to stay at the hotel they should not offer it to English guests. Just felt very off at times. Overall, a very lovely hotel for the money we paid. Although for me I would have preferred the experience I had at Numa Bay in Alanya.
