“Family vacation at club numa”

The Food was great and beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, the employees were very nice and polite. The massage and hamam bath were great. Special thanks to Ahmet and Duron who were very helpful.

Brilliant holiday with family. Plenty for kids to do and food was very good. Drinks were great also. Couldn’t fault the place.

The food was excellent throughout my stay, with plenty of variety and great quality. The staff were one of the highlights of the hotel—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained in the public areas, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday. The location is also fantastic, being just a short walk from both the beach and the local market. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby, which made it very convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. I would have given this place 5 stars, but I experienced a few issues with my room. The most serious was the makeup mirror, which gave an electric shock when touched. I reported the issue and requested a technician, but unfortunately it was never fixed during my stay. The water kettle was also concerning because the handle became very hot while in use, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe to handle. I also had ongoing problems with the air conditioning, which required a technician to come to the room three separate times before it was working properly. While I appreciated the staff’s efforts to help, it was frustrating to deal with during my stay. Overall, despite these room maintenance issues, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent food, helpful staff, great location, and enjoyable atmosphere. If the hotel improves its maintenance response and addresses these safety concerns, it would easily deserve 5 stars.

“Wonderful time”

Arrived an hr late and was greeted by an angry male receptionist. Was expecting a welcoming smile! Instead he was not happy and was told we were 1hr late! No bands were put on our wrists until 8 days after arriving! We have been in and out the hotel on trips and the beech. Room was for 3 of us … more

Arrived an hr late and was greeted by an angry male receptionist. Was expecting a welcoming smile! Instead he was not happy and was told we were 1hr late! No bands were put on our wrists until 8 days after arriving! We have been in and out the hotel on trips and the beech. Room was for 3 of us and the balcony was tiny room for wee table and 2 chairs. Had called reception within an hour to let them know we needed another chair which was no added! The cleanliness in room 7209 spotless. The cleaner was amazing so friendly and welcoming. Only thing was the room was at the back and beyond view was looking at the flumes. Lunch - Baked potatoes, pizza, kebab meat, salad, fruit, ice lollies. Excellent service with a smile. Adult pool bar - staff were absolutely brilliant. Only went to the main pool once which was busy. Evening meal Always find something to eat. I stuck to chicken but one of my friends had fish and meat dishes and we all agreed was amazing. All in all we had a wonderful time.
