This was one of my best holidays. I spent here 1 week with my husband and my little son. The food was excellent The staff was excellent too, maybe a little bit of improvement of English of some of the people in the reception would be appreciated. All the people were very friendly, especially animators and very efficient. It is a baby-friendly and clean place as well. The room was every day cleaned. The position very practice - not directly on the beach but max 5 min walk, very close to the shopping street and a small park where to make jogging. My stay in this hotel was better than my previous experience in a 5* resort.

Fantastic staff,always smiling and happy to help and the amazing food.There was always plenty of choice.The rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our own beach bar and sun loungers,there was always plenty of room there so no need to get up in the early hours to throw a towel on.The beach was about a 5 minute walk away or you could get the shuttle bus there. The driver was a lovely,helpful friendly man always had a smile 🙂 The beach bar was fantastic too always plenty to eat and drink.We would like to say a big thank you to Eyup for looking after us so well as we were the only english couple in the hotel and he always ensured that we knew what was happening daily.Also would like to thank all the entertainments team for all the fun we had in the bingo water aerobics and darts.Thank you all for a fantastic time.👍😍

“You get what you pay for”

I had got a reasonable deal on this hotel and on arrival was pleased. The room was ok, basic but A/C was amazing, sometimes had to even switch off at night. I had got a reasonable deal on this hotel and on arrival was pleased. The room was ok, basic but A/C was amazing, sometimes had to even switch off at night. The pool area was small but sufficient and you could get a sun bed or ask for one if there wasn't. The usual, people would bag a chair and then go off to the beach for the day. Communal areas and toilets kept very clean. Bar staff great, together with the cleaner, out shone all the other staff! The section managers would walk around with straight faces trying to show their importance, a smile and a hello would have been nice. Food, I was happy, but depends what you eat. I love the Turkish food so was happy and the pasta man was great! Unfortunately if you did not eat at 6.30/7.00, we like to eat about 8, the food would run out and the main chef stopped cooking outside and then they all packed up at 8.45. We missed the special ice cream dessert because it was done before 8.00. Entertainment, typical Turkish, rubbish, more make your own, there was Colombian dances, in Turkey? Turkish dancers, bit like Morris dancing, and bingo but have to buy ticket! Best night was the pool party. Was amazing and so much fun! Entertainment manager, sorry needs to retire and get some fresh meat in. His team, smile through gritted teeth. Definitely catered to the Germans, that's ok, son made friend with a lovely german boy, who unfortunately got terrible ear ache, probably from the pool due to all the inflatables, which are banned in Europe due to the ear infections they cause. Generally a lovely holiday and would have considered going back due to the small size of the hotel, I don't like these 1000+ capacity places. It was at the very end when we went for our shower at the spa, which you use for late checkouts. We went at 5.30, closes at 6, so clearly, not there for a treatment. Now bear in mind we had bags of clothes and our small suitcase, the spa man told us we don't get spa towels but use the beach tools we have had all day by the pool. I did think it strange and with my pigeon german/ Turkish did say douche. Anyway I went ahead only to note the German people after us had new spa towels to shower. Why? Why? Why? I was so upset and angry at a clearly nasty behaviour. One of the entertainment team helped to translate to this nasty man, the curly black wet hair one, what happened and he said he thought I wanted clean beach towels. Really? Add insult to injury. Now I was being told it was a mistake and he didn't know, really, I have travelled half the world, lived overseas, travelled to over 16 hotels in 10 years, please, please, don't treat me stupid. No apology from anyone. Why let me leave with such a bad taste in my mouth, stupid. After considering staying next year, no thanks.
