“Great hotel with excellent service, one issue to improve”
The hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable, and the all-inclusive package truly had no hidden costs. Staff were friendly and service was on a high level. “Great hotel”
The hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff have been great. Food was excellent and the animation team were fantastic. Sevval and Sinan and Alberto were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

“Fantastic & family-friendly”
The hotel alone is great and shops near by. The staff are fantastic always going above and beyond for the guest. Especially the entertainment staff always going above and beyond to keep You in holiday spirit. Shout out to Alberto of the entertainment team who has made us laugh and smile.
