It was a fantastic holiday. We travel frequently to various destinations, and i have to say that our stay at the Pegasos club was one of the most enjoyable holidays that we have had. The facilities were amazing with plenty to do both during the day and in the evening. One of the highlights for me was the archery 🏹. Our teacher Krystyna was an absolute delight. Her friendliness and teaching skills were amazing. She is an asset to the hotel. Thank you, Krystyna. The Pegasos is an all inclusive hotel and in the past we have felt the food and drink at previous all inclusive lacked quality. Not so with Pegasos Club. The food choice and quality was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention must go to Hassan and the boys at the pool bar who were fantastic company. The restaurant staff were amazing also. Infection every member of staff with whom we interacted were a joy. From our Tui rep Nash who was always around to help with booking excursions and answer any questions, that we had, to our housekeeper who kept our room immaculate. One person that stood out for me was the hotel manager. I often saw him walking around the hotel and the beach talking to guests and ensuring that they were enjoying their holiday. To me that was management of the highest order. All in all a fantastic holiday and we look forward to returning. We will also be recommending to our family and friends.

“Chillout Time & Relaxing Time”

Just returned from the Pegasos Club , After what seamed a long transfer from the airport we arrived & were swiftly booked in & told that our room had been upgraded , We were show the room in the same block above the restaurant the room was large, But it become apparent that the extractor fan from below was adjacent to our room was very noisy , As we were tired we settled down to sleep but were unable too due to the noise ,We put in a complaint that night and the next morning moved to a fantastic room in another block overlooking the beach. That's the negatives over , From this point our holiday was great ! The hotel although dated is kept immaculate, from the rooms , Bars & outside areas , The mature ground & grassed areas are manicured daily, There's a couple of pools which again are kept well , No problem getting sun bed either at the pool or the fantastic beach leading from the back of the hotel , The array food in the restaurant is vast so much to choose from & well presented , You can book the Ala Carte at 10 euros each which we done twice & a great meal & service Drinks are of a high quality with pleasant bar staff , Entertainment in the evening is fine a lot of acrobats or simply chill out at the beach bar, There is a spa in the basement which is worth a visit for some treatments which we did . We had a lovely relaxing time and a big thanks to all the staff , especially Burak, Berfin, Hattap, Guler, Nevzat, Amhed , Coult , & many more & Rep Naushad who we booked our day trip to the market , We would come back at blink of an eye Thanks to All the staff for making our stay memorable Mark & Becky

I am currently on holiday here but I just HAVE to write about the wonderful service that we are receiving while we are here so future guests know what to expect. I have to personally mention Levent who has served my Mum and I at the pool bar in the evenings, he is so kind and attentive! He learnt our drinks on the first night and has even started making me a special drink which is delicious!! He is an absolute asset to this hotel. A second mention should go to Nevat, who has learnt the British phrase ‘tickety-boo’ and uses it to greet us every time he see’s us. Just as Levent he has been so attentive and looked after us in both the restaurant and Lobby bar. Both of these gentlemen are fantastic!! I will do a full review of the hotel when our holiday is finished but HAD to mention these two wonderful people now.
